Mattress Firm Queensbury — Hotel in Town of Queensbury

For my first visit to this store Gilbert Pilet was my sales rep. He was extremely patient and attentive. He understood my budget and made sure I got an excellent mattress that I could afford. He had no problem pulling out as many mattresses as needed until I found the one that was most comfortable for me. He wasn't pushy either! I put down a deposit with the understanding I would return to set up financing the following week. Gilbert informed me it was his last day in the Queensbury store, as he got a promotion and was being transferred, but that anybody else could help with the financing.

My second visit I was helped by Chris Ransford. He was awesome. Friendly and easy going, and he really knows his stuff! He went out of his way to get me the financing I needed, some additional products at a great price (also not pushy), and he's a wealth of information. I can't wait for my bed to arrive. Kevin gave the best customer service I could've hoped for. I called in search of a new mattress as quick as I could possibly pick one up. On the first phone call with mattress firm the man on the other end (not kevin) said he could possibly get me my mattress delivered from Queensbury to the Latham store for pick up in 2-3days. which was ideal I thought, but I also didn't know any better.when I called back to confirm the order and that I would pick up in Latham in 2days, Kevin was nice enough to ask where I was coming from and when I told him Saratoga he offered to not only bring it all the way out to me in Saratoga but to do it in less than an hour! I could've had it delivered right to my home that night if I wanted. Kevin was timely, professional, and made my whole experience with mattress firm excellent and comfortable. Had a nice experience at the queensbury store. We gave the sales lady our price range and she found us a certified pre-owned for a good deal. It will be delivered within the week of us ordering it. (We could have actually gotten it sooner but work schedules didn’t allow for that.) excited to see how good the quality & how clean the mattress will be when it gets to us. It gets cleaned twice before they re-sell. Very grateful that it didn’t take a very long time to find something that we liked in our price range. We also were looking at buying the nectar mattress online and they had it in the store! I’m glad we went to the store to try it out because I did not like it!
