The Gables of Rhinebeck Inn — Hotel in Town of Rhinebeck

We recently enjoyed a stay at The Gables Inn, which impressed us with its elegant charm and well-appointed touches. Our room was a delightful surprise, offering comfort and cleanliness that went above and beyond our expectations; perfect setup for our family of 4. It was clear that the innkeepers pay close attention to detail and take great pride in maintaining their property. Our two kids (ages 2 and 5) were particularly fond of the delicious chocolate croissants. The location of The Gables Inn proved to be perfect for our family. Nestled in a picturesque area, it was just a short walk to some fantastic restaurants, Bread Alone was excellent! Additionally, the nearby playground was a wonderful bonus, providing a space for our kids to play and have a blast, which they certainly did. Overall, our experience at The Gables Inn was exceptional. It's a place that understands the needs of a family, as well as the desires of those looking for a touch of charm and relaxation. We would highly recommend this inn to anyone visiting the area and look forward to the possibility of returning...

We had a delightful Thursday night stay at this historic property. This was our first visit to Rhinebeck and the region. The location is ideal to take-in Rhinebeck, only two short blocks from Le Petit Bistro, which is a primary reason for our trip (wonderful, do book well ahead). The property is beautiful and exactly as described / pictured on the website. It sits on a corner lot with ample, lined parking stalls, which is great because one can park and not need the car during your stay in Rhinebeck. We stayed in "Storm King", which is a 1 + 1/2 BR Suite on the second floor with a couch and sitting are (narrow wining staircase). High marks all around, king bed was very comfy, room is clean and nice, very ample air conditioning, great bathroom, nice coffee in the am, excellent cable, etc. The main common area is ample and very welcoming. The caretakers, Pamela and John are very friendly and accommodating people, like your friendly next door neighbors, so do take the time to say hello. We...

Excellent all around! This was the most amazingly comfortable bed I have ever slept in - mattress like sleeping on a cloud! Sheets were like being wrapped in luxury! Best nigh sleep ever. Morning croissants were sooooo worth breaking from my high protein/no carb diet for. Perfectly yummy. Coffee hot and ready. This is in the PERFECT location in Rhinebeck. Quaint neighborhood made it easy to take a romp in town, hen around the adorable shops, and have dinner. Gardens were lovely. Rooms were clean clean clean! Spotless. Everything was super easy and convenient. Communication was excellent before, during and after my stay. They have a secure locked entry. I forgot the code and it was no problem. John just welcomed me and let me kn. John and his wife were wonderful hosts. Friendly and accommodating while being super respectful of space and privacy. I am going to make plans to visit Rhinebeck again just so I can return to The Gables. Thank you for a lovely stay. :)
