I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Capri Hotel Southampton, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in a charming area of Southampton. It provided easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping destinations, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. The rooms at the Capri Hotel Southampton were beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and plush linens ensured a restful night's sleep, and the attention to detail in the room decor created a cozy and inviting ambiance. I appreciated the modern amenities, such as the high-speed internet and the well-appointed bathroom facilities. One aspect that truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local activities or promptly addressing any inquiries I had, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. The Capri Hotel Southampton also boasts impressive dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes that showcased both local flavors and international cuisine. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the attentive service from the restaurant staff added to the overall dining experience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered a well-equipped fitness center, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines during their stay. Additionally, the serene atmosphere of the hotel's spa provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and indulge in some well-deserved relaxation. Overall, my experience at the Capri Hotel Southampton was exceptional. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and delightful dining options made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Southampton, whether for business or pleasure.

Honestly, I was highly disappointed from the moment of arrival. Unsure of parking for check inZ i thought there would of been valet. My room wasn’t ready at 3 pm, I proceeded to go to the pool. They weren’t serving food or drinks anymore when I asked. Then I saw they were only serving certain people drinks which isn’t okay. I had to order ubereats after a 3 hour drive. I got my room around 4:15 pm yet the AC was off in the room and it was a sauna in there. We had dinner reservations at 7:15 pm, kyma did a pop up. They tried to only give 3 appetizers for 10 people and then we waited 20 plus mins for drink. Even water and soda. When I received my entree it was cold. After dinner we couldn’t find our waiter to pay our bill which was ridiculous. The service of the staff was just horrible. There is complimentary breakfast that was delivered in a Togo bag in the morning. Just thought this was a higher class boutique hotel in the south Hamptons. I travel for work and honestly would get better service at a lower end chain hotel. Couldn’t find any water or drinks. The vending machine has NOTHING! Checking out I went to order lunch at the pool waited over a hour for home fries and French toast. ( which came out cold but i was starving). I would NOT recommend this hotel and I would never come back. I don’t mind paying high prices when the service matches. Sadly it didn’t here. Not worth the price per night at all. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever had to use.

Where do you even start with this place. If I had read the reviews I would of kept looking so hopefully this saves someone else the heartache. As stated elsewhere, the music from the Dj booth at the restaurant that is literally on the property but has nothing to do with the hotel (yeh don’t ask) is beyond a joke. It’s pumping so loud into the rooms that you’ll feel like your own private club in there! O and this went on till 11pm on a Sunday night. Try the Saturday night service where it goes to 2am and as part of the check in process they make you sign a waiver about complaining about it. Then there was the room. Partly updated, someone gave up half way as the floorboards didn’t even meet the wall. They also ran out of towels and gave us a pool towel thinking that was acceptable. Then there is the ‘complimentary breakfast’. As you can see by the photos it’s probably best to bring your own or go out to eat. Then there was the rubbish left over from the night/day before all over the place. Clearly cleaning the hotel isn’t part of their motto. Don’t even get me started on the staff that will lie to you about pretty much everything. I can’t believe this place is still in business, worst hotel stay I’ve ever had in my life. Keep looking and don’t look back.

This is my second year in a row doing a weekend stay at Capri Southampton. I like this place enough that I’m writing a review in hopes that management/ ownership will continue to keep this place on the up & up, and make improvements!||PROs:|-the gift baskets and snacks/ drinks in the rooms are such a nice touch|-I found my room both years to be clean; housekeeping does a good job.|-the pool is so nice and has floats |-there is coffee and small pastries in the lobby in the morning |-the room designs are cute; though the bathrooms are small, they are updated |-when the restaurant is not open, you can bring your own food/ drink to the pool area |-location is good; if you’re coming from the city, not having to go all the way to East Hampton or Montauk shortens the drive |||CONs:|-the Capri’s biggest enemy is honestly Ketchy Beach.|My friends and I don’t mind the music from the club as many other reviewers do (no, I would not recommend this place if you want a quiet night’s sleep on the weekend in the summer, or have kids. I sleep with earplugs in half the time anyway, and I also noticed both years that staff put us towards the back of the hotel/ away from the club— so they do make effort. But yes, the music is loud on weekends. However in my two years staying here, I’ve never heard fighting or screaming after hours.)|I say Ketchy is the enemy because their service is terrible. |When we arrived Friday afternoon around 1pm, Ketchy wasn’t open yet. Therefore the pool wasn’t really ready for patrons. We couldn’t find towels. There was no one around to ask for cups for the wine we’d brought ourselves. The pool felt more apart of Ketchy than Hotel Capri, and since Ketchy wasn’t open yet— nothing in the pool felt prepped and it felt like the Hotel Capri staff ignores the pool & lets Ketchy’s staff manage it. It can’t be this way. That pool is a main selling point of the hotel/ main feature guests want to use. It needs to be ready for guests during all of its open hours.||- on Saturday, Ketchy becomes a pool party at the pool around 2pm— right when we got there this past year. We sat there in the lounges (which desperately need cleaned) for nearly 30 minutes before I had to get up and go get a staff member to take our order as we were told no outside drinks since the bar was open. If we can’t bring our own drinks, then perhaps someone would want to wait on us? The wait staff could not have cared less. It seems the bar/ restaurant exist separately from the hotel, but hotel guests are by no means going to make that determination when staying there. I was beyond frustrated that was at a hotel where I was paying nearly $1k a night to stay at this property, and I was being ignored by the staff at the pool. Half the time, the staff looked like they were partying rather than working. At one point it looked like a gentleman who maybe was the MANAGER of Ketchy just started swimming in the pool. It honestly felt like the staff was there to have a good time and not work. ||-finally, some parts of the property are really starting to look rundown. The pool loungers need cleaned; it appears there was a ping pong table area or deck of some sort in the back but that’s all destroyed/ overgrown with weeds. It’s an eyesore. The fire pits could have been lit at night because it was chilly, but they weren’t.|This place can really be something— but owners/ management just need to make sure they show it the love it needs every year (and by god, please figure out the situation with Ketchy Beach).||Again: I understand peak season in the Hamptons and the prices, but you can’t charge $1k a night if you’re not going to upkeep the property and make sure the restaurant/ bar staff is a $1k a night level staff.||Love you otherwise Capri.|Can’t wait to come...

This hotel hides at the bottom of the longest section in their web page that on weekends there will be loud music until late, and that hidden warning is in any case an understatement of gigantic proportions. We booked the hotel for a last-minute trip to Hamptons and we had the worst hotel experience of our lives. Come the evening on Friday the hotel becomes a disco with booming music that makes the walls tremble. By 12 at night the music is supposed to fall as doors to their "club" are closed but the difference is minimal. It is supposed to finish at 2am but went on well past that time. We complained to staff and manager and we were only offered to be released from our Saturday night reservation if we could find another hotel, which we couldn't. And then if Friday had been horrible, Saturday was beyond our worst nightmares. Music started earlier, was even louder, and went on until even later. After music stopped the people from the "club" invaded the area of the rooms and music was replaced with incessant shouting a shrieking and fights. We had to go out and ask for silence and frankly we had fear for our safety. There was a fight three rooms down from us that made the walls rock in the room of another couple that we met. Staff did nothing and proposed no solutions. My wife was shaken from the experience and the lack of sleep and was unwell Saturday and Sunday, ruining our weekend. We requested that the manger or owners called us to complain and are still waiting to hear. We were truly and well ripped off by this hotel who ruined...
