The cabins were a wonderful choice for our family as we travelled through the area in a road trip with several children. We ended up renting the two bedroom as well and the adjoining one bedroom and it worked out great. There are cabins nearby, but enough space so it feels like you’re not right on top of each other. It is a short drive to Bryce National Park (18 min/12 miles). In the morning you can hear the roosters if you’re up that early. We thought it was cool! We also got to see lots of deer in our front yard! A family of 8 passed through on the morning of our departure. These are located near a coffee shop, restaurant, and general store, which was nice! Cons: there was not a pizza pan which wasn’t a huge deal, we used a cutting board to cut our baked pizza and a kitchen knife since there was not a pizza cutter either. One of our showers did not drain as it should have. We checked in late, which is a $25 btw, so we couldn’t let anyone know. The shower was dirty. When we checked in I thought it was originally stained, but after running the water, I could see that it was just dirt that stayed in the tub bc of the drainage issue. For the cost of a late check in this upset me because it is kind of yucky and when I have to pay for the “inconvenience” of taping my key to the front door where anyone could walk up and take them, I found this upsetting. The kitchens garbage disposal also did not work. If you’re newly checking in, make sure you check the windows if you’re paranoid about that type of thing, our bedroom one had been left opened by prior guest (I assume). Also, no laundry in the units (just FYI).

I was to the understanding that this was an airb&b. Actually, It's 2 rooms connected. 1 room is a bed and bath. The 2nd room, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, another bed in the so-called living room. Also, a hide a bed couch. There is no room to pull the couch out for the hide a bed. A small kitchen with a small table and 4 chairs. It was stocked with dishes and utensils, coffee mugs, and wine glasses. The coffee pot didn't work very well. It wasn't very clean. Neither were the coffee cups. We stayed 2 nights. The 2nd day, a maid or staff came in and replenished the room with another coffee packet, plastic water cups, and took the garbage out.. I paid a lot for this cabin. A lot more than it was worth. If I had canceled, I would have lost 30% of what I'd paid. It was hard enough to come up with the amount they wanted. I couldn't afford to lose even 30%. Yeah. It was a place to sleep. It was clean. It had the basics for what you might need. But any motel would have done the same for less than half of what we were charged. But because I couldn't get out of it, we had no choice. This place is damn money hungry, and they don't care how badly they gouge you for the room. I missed my first granddaughters bridal shower because I couldn't get out of this. Expedia was involved. They're just as bad. Unless they come down on their price, $ 597.00, I won't stay here again. Nor will I ever work with Expedia again. They didn't do a damn thing for me.

Modest accommodations about 20 minutes east of Bryce Canyon. Beds were too soft for my liking and ceiling fans are mounted to close to ceiling so the don't work. It's a mom and pop shop do don't expect room service but room was clean and fairly quite. And there is no free breakfast. Unfortunately they seem to have a problem with their website because we booked a deluxe room at a rate of $140 and they put us in their $125 room. It wasn't a big deal but when I brought it to their attention they just said... rates change all the time. Although if you go to their website the rate are always $125 and $140 regardless of the day. If you go to the travel websites the rates do fluctuate... But we didn't use them. We booked direct. Customer service ruined the experience. Recommend booking through a travel website or finding other accommodations.

We had a reservation for 4 days and 3 nights.  The instructions found inside the cabin stated that because of the pandemic, there was no daily housekeeping available and cleaning was only to happen upon check out which was ironic because no one at the front desk during check in was even wearing masks.

Blankets had an odor, pots, pans and cooking utensils were very worn and old.  The glassware looked like there were food marks still so we loaded all the kitchen utensils in the dishwasher to make sure everything was clean and safe for our use.  Thankfully we had also packed a few cooking stuff ourselves!

There were no cleaning supplies provided (vacuum / sweeper / broom / duster or anything close to what we can use to keep the cabin tidy) in place of daily housekeeping not being available even at request.  There wasn’t even hand soap in the kitchen!  No one checked on ANYTHING we needed in the 4 days we were there (towels, garbage pick up, garbage bags etc).  This was an issue because very rarely was there anyone at the check in cabin.  There is a Ring doorbell there but was sometimes taken out even during business hours.  There is a phone number plastered on the door but very rarely does anyone answer that either.  We had to keep calling to see if anyone would answer for extra garbage bags or visit them at the cabin in hopes someone is there to pick some up, the same goes for towels.  We used our cellphones and even the phone inside the cabin - it was almost impossible to reach out to anyone so you just try to figure it out on your own.  We didn't even know what to do with our garbage (there is a full kitchen in the cabin that we used thus we had trash).  We were eventually told to either leave it out on the patio or bring it to the dumpster by the check in cabin ourselves.  The first time we did this, the trash was rummaged through by cats in the property that we had to clean up ourselves.  We tried calling for pick up the next few times but because no one answered the phones we resorted to driving our trash to the dumpster at a restaurant on the same street because we couldn't locate the dumpster "by the cabin" either!  We tried bringing it to the check in cabin as well but again - no one there and Ring doorbell was taken out.

It was more inconvenient than anything but we tried our best to make do with what we had and enjoy our vacation only to be charged out of nowhere for a cleaning fee ($115!) when we had taken care of the house ourselves! Not a call, voicemail, email, invoice to notify us of the charge - just saw it on the credit card bill and when we called again no one picked up. Left a VM they finally returned the call and we were told we left the cabin “filthy!”  Being that the place is offered for people who visit your town for hiking and outdoor activities, there will be some dust in the house that can easily be fixed by sweeping or vacuuming.  We even tried doing it ourselves with rags because it is uncomfortable for us to have sand in as well but there is only so much you can do without cleaning tools!  We took out the kitchen mats they had, rolled it properly and left it by the door as soon as we checked in because they were filthy.  We left our shoes by the kitchen area door since we didn't want to walk on carpet with our dirty shoes.  We had our own lysol wipes and lysol spray with us, bought handsoap and laundry soap to wash their towels while while we were there and made sure to run the dishwasher before we left!  Bunched the garbage in the corner of the kitchen in the thin trashbags they had provided to us and whatever didn't fit, we had put together on the counter so they can easily be put in bags.  No spills on the bed, or carpet, no stains anywhere.  Just normal use of the house.

It's a place with so much potential but is ran and managed so poorly.

Expedia tried calling them while i was on the line with him and they didn't pick up your company's call either...

We made the reservation online which was easy. We arrived at 2pm well knowing that check in is at 4pm, and the office was closed with a sign instructing us to return at check in. Ultimately, this is our problem because check-in was at 4. This is just a heads up for early arrivals and not part of our review process. Here's the reason behind 2 stars.

1 - The internet is terrible. When I say terrible I mean worse than dial-up and at times flat out nothing. I own an IT company and staying on top of the ball with orders and staff issues is important. They advertise that they have wi-fi. Well they do, but it took me over 3 hours to do what would normally take 10 minutes. It's that bad. I have Verizon and I didn't receive any signal at all in order to tether.

2 - The phone didn't work. The phone just beeped and didn't work whatsoever. I didn't plan on using it, but that annoying beep took me a while to figure out where it was coming from.

3 - There are signs everywhere informing you of all the ways you can possibly raise the rate. Don't dare soil a towel or leave the counter with a spec of food. That would cost you extra!

4 - No late checkout option AT ALL without forking out extra $$

5 - The bed was terrible and there's only 2 pillows for sleeping. Unlike conventional hotels that give you a few extra pillows, not here.

6 - Road noise. All night long you'll hear cars drive by. It's about 40 ft setback from the highway.

7 - Buy big, get noise, buy small, get peace. If you get the bigger unit you share a wall with a neighbor. You hear everything from the bathroom, toilet, sink, etc. If you get a small unit you get an isolated unit with no shared wall.

8 - Hope you don't have a fear of ghosts. The town graveyard is across the street.

9 - About 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon NP Entrance.

Yes the unit was clean and quaint. I won't ever be going back and I wouldn't recommend it if any of the...

We stayed here in Oct 24. We were organised and booked in advance only to find out that after we booked they had a sale that included 40% off for the second night. We asked if this could be honored. It wasn’t so much that the answer was a no, we expected it might be, but the rudeness in which it was delivered. We were then sternly told about all the rules in the cabin - not staining towels, keeping cabin clean etc. when my kids asked where to pet the animals the lady only said rudely to them that there were chickens and you can’t touch any animals. On the 2nd night I fell sick with an asthma attack. My husband went to ask for a 10:30am check out instead of 10am but no one man’s the office until 3pm so we couldn’t ask. At 10:01 when we were packing the car, housekeeping arrived. We asked for a few more minutes because I had been sick overnight and we were again met with rudeness that 10am is checkout and there are no exceptions. We mentioned that we felt we would write a bad reviews based on our experience and the housekeeping yelled out of her ute window that she would do the same!|It’s a shame because there was nothing wrong with the cabins. They were clean and spacious however the rudeness of all staff involved really gave our holiday from Australia to the USA a sour note. We were not asking for hrs extra, just a few more minutes after a rocky night. We were packed and in the car at 10:07am. My husband was visibly packing the car at 10:01 when they came around. This treatment of a customer who paid full price which isn’t cheap is disgusting. We travel the world with our family and this is the first poor review I have ever written. There are so many roadside cabins along Bryce and Tropic, I suggest you try...
