The coffee was very good and the shop is cute and well kept but the young women working there were curt and actually rude. I was shocked after reading all the great reviews of friendly owners, clearly we missed the owners! We stopped in two days in a row, when I ordered and asked questions about the makeup of my drink they were condescending about not fully understanding the way my coffee was made. I witnessed one of them do it to another woman confused about what was in an Americano. We were there close to closing time and the one young lady literally started the vacuum right under our feet, not across the room as a subtle hint but literally under our feet. We returned the next day because we'd hoped it was just an "off" day and the coffee was decent but nope- just as rude the next day. Each answer they gave an inquiring customer was curt or rude, never...

Holy cow best experience everrrr!!!!! We needed to charge our Tesla and were a bit screwed with doing that and seeing the sights. McKoy who works at the coffee shop and her family owns it was super helpful! This girl not only served up 2 amazing matchas, she gave us directions on where to go in the area. Then recommended we take the special trail to Bryce Canyon. Then she offered to actually drive us up there and low and behold that she drove us up, we went to the park for three hours and when we got back to the bottom the hill she had been waiting for us to pick us up and take us back to our car!!! Unbelievable experience totally went out of her way and also the car got full charge! Not to mention the park was free when you walk in from the Tropic trail. I tried to tip her and she would not take my money....

After a sunrise at Bryce Canyon, we were ready to fuel up with some breakfast. Every restaurant in the area seemed to just be attached to hotels and charging for their continents breakfast or breakfast buffets (I guess the pandemic didn’t kill buffets here). We decided to drive back to Tropic and get breakfast here instead of over paying for glorified powder eggs and limp pancakes. My mom had a breakfast burrito and I had their banana bread. It wasn’t the best banana bread I’ve ever had, but it didn’t have an industrial taste, which is probably the best you could expect in this area. The guy behind the counter worked efficiently moving a long line of customers quickly. The store also had some cute merchandise. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I can say their hot...

I drove along utah from Bonneville salt flat to bryce canyon National Park and this was the only place I encountered on my road that offers the best taste of coffee. They offer variety of coffee, teas, pastries and other goodies. I ordered a cup of cappuccino and a freshly baked banana bread and they were so delicious 😋. The lady was so nice and very welcoming plus the design and the atmosphere of the coffee shop were so nice and I have felt very good vibe around it. The next I had to drive back from bryce National Park to this town just to enjoy their coffee ☕ again.

These guys ROCK!! I went for a little walk through Tropic after we got back from a hike and walked past this shop. I didn’t realize they were closed until I walked up to the front door. The guy inside quickly unlocked it for me and let me in. I apologized for coming in when they were closed, but they insisted I stay and order something. I ordered a Mocha Frappe and it was the BEST!! The man and woman working (I wish I would’ve caught their names to shout them out) were so nice and willing to fulfill my needs. Thank you Bryce Canyon Coffee Co., you’re the BEST!!
