Route 12 Grill Review
If you’re on the hunt for delicious fast food that hits the spot, look no further than Route 12 Grill. Located at Stage Stop Station, this gem offers mouth-watering options that cater to every craving.
The restaurant is based in a gas station and gift shop, so there's plenty to do while you wait for your food. It’s incredibly basic in terms of service: you place your order, take a number, and sit down. But the food is absolutely phenomenal, and the service is friendly. The prices are also very modest, especially considering how much more expensive things are closer to the main tourist areas.
I ordered a great cheeseburger with onion rings and fries. The burger was hand-pressed and bursting with flavor, and the onion rings and fries were perfectly crispy.

My only complaint on the quesadilla is that the menu says it’s cokes with fries and a drink, but then we were going to be charged for those so we just added the box of fries. There’s a small counter to the side where you can make small containers of your own condiments. You order at the gas station cashier and the one cook working is pretty quick. The majority of the menu is “bar food” - burgers,...

Based on other reviews saying this food was really good, we decided to try it out for breakfast before heading out on the road and got breakfast burritos. My husband got the Chorizo burrito and I got the starvin' Marvin Burrito (kudos for the name too) which was chorizo and bacon- we saw it being made fresh, and man were they both tasty! Also we walked down to the coffee shop first and looked at their already-made Breakfast burritos and they were $5 but less than half of the size of the Burrito we ended up getting, although I can't speak for the taste, but our Burritos...
