Good location and quiet, safe cabin to use as a base for Bryce National Park. We enjoyed our cabin neighbors- with many of us sitting outside reading and relaxing around sunset. The horse and goats behind the property were fun, too. As I’m doing a mother-daughter trip with my almost 80-year-old mom, safety and accessibility were important- so the parking spot next to each cabin were ideal. I chose this place and booked with Expedia in spite of seeing some negative reviews with booking and we had no issue with accessing our room. I did call and request an early check-in which was easily accommodated and greatly appreciated. Our only hiccup came the following morning when we discovered they’d forgotten to leave us coffee with the coffee pot! The office was closed so we ended up walking to the coffee shop across the street. But when we heard back from the property manager he immediately offered to drive us over the missing coffee. He apologized for the mistake and comped us a significant portion of our nightly rate. On top of that, he Venmo’d me money to use towards our coffee purchases… essentially for the rest of our trip!! It was super generous and made our day! It was such an unexpected kindness for something that was an honest mistake (but obviously quite frustrating in the moment!) I’d definitely recommend this place and hope to return with my husband in the future. Thanks again to Archie for making our day!!! He couldn’t have given us better customer service!!

We did not have a good experience with the people answering the phone. We booked our cabin, and they gave us our cabin number and code to get in. When we arrived, there was a email saying that we were at a different cabin and a different code that I saw earlier in the day. But by the time we got there, the Internet was so bad I could not open up my email and could not get the code to get in to the new cabin. I tried calling the phone number and nobody Would return my phone call we were stuck out there for two hours until we drove somewhere and I was able to open up my email to see the code to get in. Then the TV didn’t work and called again and nobody called back after numerous attempts at leaving messages . We were there for two days and that whole time nobody called us back and still to this day. Nobody dead there is no front office to go to. The location is good. It’s close to the entrance of Bryce Canyon and there is a restaurant that you can walk to right across the street was she is very quaint. I would not stay there again due to not being able to talk to anyone if there is a problem, here are some photos of the cobwebs in the room and the dust on the cabin walls.

My husband and 10 year old son and I stayed here in a two queen bed cabin in mid October for one night when we visited Bryce Canyon. Check in was easy, with our cabin number and code for the door sent to me via email several days before our arrival. Parking was readily available right outside the door. The cabin smelled strongly of cleaning solution when we opened it and the whole place was immaculate, like it was still brand new. It was rather spacious inside with a rustic, homey feel to it. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The wi-fi worked fine and there was a flat screen tv. The beds were fairly comfortable and despite it being in the 30s outside the night we stayed there, the cabin was not cold inside at all. And there is a small general type store and a restaurant right across the street. It’s not a high end place, but for the price, it cannot be beat. It was cozy and comfortable without feeling the least bit sketchy.

This place deserves zero stars, and I’m writing to urgently warn others: DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Not only was the "customer service" we received from the host beyond unprofessional and rude, but this company also placed me and my group of friends in a dangerous situation. After a long day hiking, we arrived at our cabin close to midnight. Following our email instructions for parking and entry, we found another vehicle in our designated space—a red flag, but we parked elsewhere and proceeded to our cabin, nervous but hopeful it was just a mistake.

Using the code provided, we opened the door only to find, to our shock, someone already asleep inside. Terrified, we ran back to our car. As four women alone in an unfamiliar area at night, we felt completely vulnerable. It was both unsafe and unacceptable that we were neither notified of this apparent double-booking nor assured that the code had been updated to prevent unauthorized access. This created a serious risk for everyone involved.

When we finally managed to reach the host after several calls, he showed no concern or urgency for our safety. Instead, he was largely silent, responding dismissively and showing no empathy or instruction on handling the situation. When we expressed our frustration and fear, he not only dismissed our concerns but spoke to us with a rude and condescending attitude, at one point hanging up on us mid-call. He eventually suggested "settling this in person" but did so with hostility rather than the reassurance we desperately needed.

This experience was beyond unacceptable. We left in fear and found alternate accommodations where we felt safe. I strongly urge others to avoid booking here. The staff’s blatant disregard for safety, security, and professionalism creates an environment where guests are not protected. Please stay elsewhere, and spread the word—this property...

Beware of the owner. The rooms were just fine and they were accomidating to give us a charcoal grill to cook with. Problem was, a week after we went home, they charged us 110 dollars extra. We called and they claimed we broke their wooden table (which was broken when we first opened the door), said we stole two of their pillows (which we never did), "ruined" two of their white towels by washing our feet off with mud (which never happened) and "shattered" a plug face (which we also never did). Its comical because we actually cleaned the room pretty well before we left (pulled the sheets and blankets off the bed, put the towels in a pile, and wiped off the counters and sink). I politely tried to reason with the guy and he called me and my family thieves and liars. I told him the table was already broken and he told me I should have taken an inventory of broken things in the room before we signed the papers. I told him I was appalled at his tone with me and he got very loud in voice and said he was appalled we ruined his cabin and that I was wasting his time. I asked him if 110 dollars was more important than getting future customers and he said yes. I don't know how else to say I'm very let down he doesn't trust people. Oh, also, just off state road 89 (20 or so miles west) there are hotel rooms for 59 bucks. Heck, stay across the street in the motel for a better experience including laundry, ice, and a paved driveway for almost the same price. Stay...
