So I arrived from MN, made my reservation online with no issues, the glass entry door was broken and instead of checking in at the office it was down the hall behind some bullet proof glass. The lady (Lashay, I believe is her name) was nice and professional checked in and as I'm unloading my bags there was an altercation with a customer and 2 security guards screaming profanity and it's after 10pm. I probably would have left at this point but had been driving a long way and wanted sleep. The rooms looked as if they were updated with outdated furniture and furnishings. There wasn't a fridge microwave nor a coffee pot. The bed wasn't comfortable and I had to use my own bedding. The room was surface clean but not deep cleaned. The NXT day when asking for clean towels and a garbage can they said they would get me those things but never did and when I asked again that evening a different younger girl told me I'd have to ask in the morning. The following day I stopped the cleaning lady & asked for towel and garbage can, she didn't understand because she didn't speak English which another visitor translated what I needed to her and was told I had to go to front desk for a towel and she'd bring me a garbage can which she did but it was clearly dirty and without a bag lol (you can't make this stuff up). And to make matters worse I woke up with red welt's/bites all over which I included in the pics. Thanks for reading and if I helped you make a decision please give me a 👍 thanks and make it a great day ✌️

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at we were just passing through trying to get to my dad in the ICU and stopped in Tucson not realizing there was a rodeo in town and all rental cars were booked and all the good hotels were booked. Super Inn what can I say it was not super when checking in the lady hands us one roll of toilet paper and said that's it if you want more it's $5 then she hands us a half used bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap then informs us that if we need to use a towel it's $10 each and the towels have to be returned.. I went and bought towels from Walmart for cheaper and I get to keep them. The room smelled like cigarettes the lamp shades were gone the trash cans gone the mattresses were stained brown and yellow everywhere mold in the shower sink and toilet the toilet seat was broken. The door would lock only sometimes and the window shade was full of holes. All night doors slamming people and kids screaming pot smoking and coughing no respect for the other rooms. So if you come stay here I suggest bringing your own towels sheets pillows and pillow cases bleach wipes and toilet paper.. Ear plugs if you want to sleep and the tv was all static I could barely see the picture... COVID 19 will kill you and this motel gives me used products that could be infected ** Only reason I give this a one star is there was no bugs I did not see any dead or alive so I was thankful for that.

This isn't a hotel, this is a jail. It's like public storage for people! I was not aware that I'd be on complete lock down and have no amenities for the duration of my stay. No hot water. Static only on the TV. No blankets. No cups. No trash cans. No towels. No chair. No table. No internet. No phone. No desk. No fridge. No microwave. No soap. No refunds(til I had my lawyer call front desk about the lack of amenities and accessibility I needed with my health issues....and even after that the lady working thd next day denied any such person who agreed to refund the duration when i found better accommodations denied the first Lady even worked there! When I csne yhe next day and the property manager read over the notes in my file, he did however make her refund me) I was in town for a trade show and my lack of ability to have guests, lack of desk/table, etc was not conducive to me running my business. I did not feel it a safe place to leave my belongings. Can't even step out and grab a smoke cuz of "no hanging out" . I understand it's due to transients but this place is locked down like a jail with just as many amenities as one. One extra point for service for agreeing to refund the remainder of my stay after my attorney called. Hispanic girl with the gauges was a sweetheart , darker gentleman in charge of security a nice and honest man. Other heavier-set hispanic woman not so much.

First off I want to start with the Super Inn is previously known at the Knights Inn. The receipt we got still has the Knights in printed on it. A girlfriend and I had a trip planned for Tucson last week. I had made prior arrangements a few days earlier and booked a hotel with hotels.com. I wanted to make sure we had a hotel with 24hr desk service because I knew we would be arriving late as the drive from San Diego takes about 6hrs. We arrive around 1:30am to check in. The two men behind the counter (one of them the owner) couldn't find my reservation. It took about ten minutes for them to finally find it on the printed out reservations list, even after I spelled out my name. Anyways the guy try's to put me in a smoking room when I had booked a nonsmoking room. He said he didn't have any nonsmoking rooms available. I'm already annoyed at the fact that it's taking so long to check in but now my room isn't available. He tells me to drive two hotels down to the other hotel he owns the Super Inn and they will give me a non smoking room there. So I get back in my car and drive to the next hotel. When I arrive I ask the girl behind the desk if she can give me a better rate for the first night since we are checking in so late and because of the inconvenience of having to go to another hotel. She says no. I say I want to check the hotel next door and I will be back if I can't get a room there. I didn't want to give this business any of my money because of how I've been treated already. Long story short the hotel next door was over double the price so I came back. This rude girl behind the counter checks me in and tells us "she is putting us in a remodeled room and she thinks I'll like it". Ok whatever. It's already late now and I'm exhausted from the long day, all I want is to get to the room, shower, and crash. We open the door to our room and see an ok looking bed setup but are hit with an overwhelming musty odor. I put my bags down and walk to the bathroom. There are three different kinds of dead bugs on the bathroom counter also bug poop scattered all over the sink. The sink, mirror, and wall are covered in filthy black stains like someone dropped dirty mop water all over. The shower is covered in a yellow residue and there is literally a poop stain on the toilet seat. This is the last straw for me. Since the phone in the room didn't work I had to try and find the number for the front desk since it wasn't listed anywhere. I ended up calling the first hotel and told the guy I first talked to the issue. He refused to do anything about it and I asked to speak with the owner who was there as well. He told me he already left. I demanded that he send someone to clean the room and he hangs up on me. Obviously there is no talking sense into these people so I decide to just get some sleep and will get the house keeping to come first thing when I wake up so they can clean and I can get ready. When we wake up in the morning my friend can't breath, she is choking. She literally could not breath from staying in that room. I did some more research and found the front desk number to get them to send someone to clean. The woman at the front said that she just couldn't send someone to clean it, that she didn't know where they were and it didn't work that way. I told her she needed to find someone as to these conditions are unsatisfactory and unsanitary!! She hangs up on me. I'm feeling defeated so I call hotels.com to see if there is anything I can do. They end up giving me a voucher for the first night and calling the hotel and getting them to reimburse me for the second day and that was only if I checked out. Absolutely! I wanted to get out as fast as possible. We grab all our stuff and immediately head to the front office. The woman tells me to hold on we wait fifteen minutes while she wanders around and takes other phone calls, ignoring us. Another man comes in and asks what room we had stayed in, we told him the number and he tells the lady behind the desk no! You weren't suppose to stay in that room it's unrentable see the box around the number it's not suppose to be rented out. But offers us another room and tries everything for us to stay so they could keep our money for the second day. I want nothing to do with this place so I refuse. Hesitantly they refund my card for the second night and we leave. Finally we get to our nice hotel and I go straight to the bathroom to shower the filth of the previous hotel off. When I take off my clothes I see large bites on my back, feet and legs. Of course the previous scummy hotel would have bugs. Now I'm covered in bed bug bites. Moral of the story don't stay at The Super Inn or Western Inn. Disgusting hotel and Disgusting, lying, cheating owner and staff. I called to complain to hotels.com again after hearing they put us in an unrentable room and they put me on hold to confirm the story with the hotel. They denied it. Like really!?...

I was permitted to check in at 11 am and it was really nice - I needed an emergency housing (after terrible Airbnb experience) and didnt want to wait 4 hours outside. No fridge or microwave inside a room - just one near office. But I was permitted to use $10 coffee-pot from Walmart. Pretty quite during the night - in all apartments I have ever rented it was much worse. Cockroaches available - I have seen 5 guys during 2 weeks (not more than in any cheap local apartment complex). AC/Heater works perfect. They permit people to stay with pets. Security guy does his job really well - the location is one of the worst in the city. I have never seen bedbugs, bedbugs bites on my body or marks of bedbugs on my matress or bed sheets - I have checked everything carefully with 3000 lumen bike light.

They have 2 washers and 2 dryers and a line all the time ($1.50 for washing and $1.50 for drying).

Hotel area kept clean.

What I dont like. A lot of smokers and all rooms reeks with cigarettes. But no even hint on 420 that I absolutely cant stand. They rent homeless people (they enter with walmart carts with all their posessions in it) - so I am not sure that they ever do any proper cleaning/disinfection or bugs check. This hotel is absolutely inconsistent with pricing. I paid around $40/night for 2 weeks stay (it is a lot). When I asked 1 more nighr they charged me $60. It looks like if you are not lucky with an office personal - they will just double price for you because they want.

For example - there is an extanded stay hotel near here with a full kitchen (fridge, cooking range etc) and they charge just $47/hour for a weekly prepaid stay.

So taking into account zero kitchenette this hotel is deadly overpriced. But taking into account the location it is a safe place to stay.

My point. If you cant afford to pay $50 more for a weekly stay - Super Inn is an option. If you can - dont rent here. It...

OK where do I start first of all when my wife called to get rates she was quoted $70 so when I get there she told me $85 when I told her what she said on the phone she said she must have misunderstood her so I was tired and didn't argue and paid it when we got to the room it smelled of bleach really strong so I figured it must be clean boy was I wrong there where no shades on the lamps the bedspread had holes in it and was suspect if it was clean and the paint was peeling off the walles anyway I noticed there were no towels the old bars of soap that the previous people used were still in the shower and looked as if was never cleaned there was blood on the sink the bathroom was obviously never cleaned when I went to the office and asked for towels the girl behind the glass said I have to leave a $10 to receive them so I said OK then she said that they don't supply towels you have to bring your own she said that they don't have any so I asked for some clean pillow cases and she said that the linens in the room belong to that room and if I want clean ones that I would have to wash them myself and pay for it in their laundry mat there were no garbage cans in the room and no amenities of any kind also every time I flushed the toilet I had to go to the office and tell them that it was backing up so she said no problem and handed me a plunger and ask if I would bring it right back cause it must be a problem there and they only have one plunger. The TV reception was crappy at best and only a couple of channels. Then the was the cockroches OMG there were people banging on the walls all night I figured that someone was practicing playing the drums that is when I release that they where all doing the same thing I was and that was smashing roches on the walls the place is disgusting and only good thing I can say is that they are dog friendly otherwise avoid this...
