Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Tucson

When I ordered, I had wanted tacos but the tacos part of the menu was not up and running at that time i guess since it was about 30 minutes till closing? Not sure. But there were two other meals that were ordered initially but with the indecisive person (me) trying to come up with something else then being told that IF i were to order a large cup OF WATER that I was going to have to pay full price as if it were a soda, the two meals could have AT THE VERY LEAST had FRESH FRIES! The only thing that was up to a fresh standard was my order of zucchini. Everything else literally looked sad and droopy. There is zero excuse for not attempting to drop fresh fries... I know myself, if I was told it's going to be a few seconds longer because the fries are in the works (which means they're fresh) I'm not going to mind one bit because the fries are the things that people reach for while they drive or try to grab real quick before they drive off. My bad luck of not getting what i wanted, definitely would have given that extra time that was needed so that we, the customers, wouldn't have to be wondering , "What on earth are we still doing here for? what are they waiting on?" Not a location that I would likely go to just because of the lack of effort for the extra mile (which honestly, i think at a fast food place is bare minimum) for the fries then the double whammy on what I wanted to order.

Nothing memorable in regards to the customer service... only that she could try wearing actual pants and not some spandex type legging whatever... people want to...

This location is one of the few open at 5 am I ordered 5 biscuits and gravy and 5 extra sausage biscuits to go with it for my crew at work they gave me 5 extra plain biscuits , charged me the same I do this once a month , the upon my next return I told the Mexican lady that handles the morning shift what happened, she proceeds argue with me , she has her whole crew calling a sausage biscuit a plain biscuit, laughing and mocking me in front of staff, even to this day if you order a sausage biscuit their they will say you want a plain biscuit, I always have to say with sausage in it , I have to check my order every time to make sure theirs sausage in it , some needs to tell them a plain biscuit is just a biscuit , it's ridiculous I challenge anyone to go their early morning to see for yourself get it on camera for Facebook, and good laugh while she mocks you as the customer their is never right, but the...

I wouldn't call the experience there great. A older gentleman was ahead of me in line, waiting for his order, the cashier/night manager took my order, I paid in cash. She wasn't very friendly, and seemed almost insulted, when the older gentleman's order was ready and he wanted to make sure the order was correct. After waiting several minutes, the night manager went to the back to help get orders out, I saw her put on gloves, but did not observe her washing her hands before donning gloves. My order was almost ready, the night manager returned to the front and delivered an order to the drive-through, my order came out, she grabbed the bag, handed it to me and abruptly turned and walked away.
