7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Tucson

The coffee is not worth the poor service at all. We sat in the same spot in the drive through for 20 minutes while we watched them mess up orders one after another bringing drinks back and forth to different cars. Asked us 4 times after we ordered if we've been helped yet. While in the line to our left people were getting in and out within a few minutes and with no problem. We get up to the cashier and she can't find our order. Then we sat about 10 minutes while they made the coffees. It took 30 - 40 minutes to get two coffees. They were also messed up. The whole time these employees are treating this like a joke and not like it's creating a bad impression for the first location in Arizona. I was so excited for this place too and the first time I go it's one of the worst, if not the worst, drive thru...

Horrible customer service. I ordered and their tap wasn't working, she just said oh my thing is not working and left inside. Then I saw my drinks were ready and the girl put them at the register table outside, but never gave me another update on how they were resolving the tap/wifi or whatever issue they had going on to charge me. Instead she decided to have me there, waiting for like 10 minutes, having my drinks on the outside table, my little one crying in the back for his drink. No communication, no nothing. I get it, they are young and need to learn more skills, but at least communicate!!! Then I'll decide if i want to wait or cancel my drink because the issues on their system is...

I was really excited to try 7 Brew for the first time, but unfortunately my experience was pretty disappointing. I’ll admit I showed up about 30 minutes before closing, but I still hoped for the same quality and care as any other time of day.

I ordered three drinks — and sadly, only one (I think it was called the Ocean Breeze) was made right. The other two, both coffees, were really watered down and barely had any cold foam on top — maybe just a couple of drops.

It was my first visit, and I really wanted it to be a great one, but this experience left me pretty let down. I hope next time I can get the full 7 Brew experience everyone...
