This hotel is relatively new and was in a good location to what we needed. There is a Dave and Busters, a Century Theater, Super Walmart, and a Costco all in walking or short driving distance. There are other businesses being constructed in the area so it should fill in nicely. The staff was friendly and room and building quite clean. Some things to be aware of, which are more informational than rating relative: There is a small kitchen in the rooms but you will need to supply your own hardware or "purchase"...don't know if you put a deposit down on pots, pans, and silverware, or what. The bed was a little too firm for my liking but it may also have been the bottom of the bed. It kind of reminds me of a futon or sleeper sofa but, it was sturdy and good looking. Lastly, the bed feet might need some casters, felt, or rubber. When I adjusted myself in the bed it seemed to move the feet slightly against the floor, which is engineered hardwood. That created some subtle but noticeable noise. If you have a neighbor moving around in their bed, more than likely, you'll hear it. The fitness room fits the hotel; a treadmill, elliptical, sitting bike, some exercise balls, and a small weight machine. Really didn't visit too much more of the property, so could tell you more than I have. We would definitely return if in Tucson again.

· Problems with communication! I was charged $10/night additional for my pet. I called to find out all details so there was no surprises and was told by the night manager, Eddie there was a $50 refundable deposit for pet cleaning. Upon checkout, I was informed it was a non/refundable pet deposit. Sure enough when I went to their website, in tiny letters, it is non refundable. I called on purpose to find out so I knew what to pay in advance. I would NEVER have stayed here had I known they’d be charging me $70 for a senior dog for two nights. PLUS an additional $100 service fee refundable upon checkout! Also, rooms are suites... cooking facilities, microwave, full fridge/freezer but you have to rent all dishes, utensils etc. one person selection is $15 and for pots and pans $30. There is no breakfast and no tea/coffee making either in the room or the hotel. No hairdryer of course you can rent one and no housekeeping- again, unless you pay! So if you want to stay here—— be prepared to pay a regular fee for a night and then add on a couple hundred dollars just to have what you need! What a scam! Never again! Save yourself the hassle and choose a better known hotel!

Do not stay here at this hotel if you value your life. The place looks nice in the photos as a new build and location is convenient. I was staying for a week's long trip when it ended early. The people in the room above mine started shooting, and a bullet landed in my bed while I was sleeping. The only good thing was I wasn't hit. I called for 911, and the police came, talked with them and after they left the manager told me I couldn't resume the rest of my stay. (They did not reimburse me for the other days that I paid for they simply pocketed it.) Why would I want to stay here anyway. I almost died. I was told I couldn't go back in the room to retrieve my belongings until the manager came in for work the next morning. I would not recommend staying here. The hotel next door is a 5 star I would recommend. Why? Because after that terrible night, that's where I went to sleep for the rest of the week. And it was a night and day difference.

I stayed here twice and had a terrible experience both times. They let a homeless person in and around the building, he just rolls around the floors on a wheelchair with no shoes on. I'm not sure if he stays here but it's really unsettling. Both times I have been here he is in the same clothes just lurking around and inside the building.

When I went to take a shower, the towels had stains on them. I had just gotten out and had no way to dry myself. I called the front desk and asked for some new ones to be brought up. The girl said I had to come down to exchange them. Seriously? You can't even come up to give me a towel (I was literally sopping wet)

The first time we stayed here we had to be moved because their bathroom was completely broken. Our toilet had a flushing issue and clogged 3 times without even flushing toilet paper. (We learned to put not tp into the toilet, but the toilet would clog when I would only urinate? That doesn't make sense so the toilet must have been broken) Their idea of a fix was to hand us a plunger and say good luck. The hot water also didn't work. After bringing the issue up to front desk 3 times, someone finally came to check on the issues, they realized something was wrong and then moved us. I didn't complain because they accommodated us and moved us to w room that worked, but note the poorly maintained appliances.

The shades do not work- all outside light seeps in in the morning. Also, the bed doesn't even have a comforter on it, just a brown blanket that does not suffice. When you walk in, the rooms immediately smell almost rotten and moldy. The front desk workers are very rude and made check in process slow and inefficient. At one point, the elevator smelled like straight urine. The hotel advertises itself as an extended stay option, but doesn't even provide basic necessities. There were no dishes, coffee maker, and barely any toiletries. The air conditioning barely works and the hotel is extremely noisy being next to the highway. On top of that, the communication from the staff was terrible. Policies weren’t clearly explained, and I felt like I had to constantly ask for basic information. There was dust in the corners, stains in the bathtub and sticky surfaces. I can honestly go on and on about the uncomfortable feeling I got from here. The price is the price...

This is a terrible place to stay, we had to stay there since our home was being worked on. NOT BY CHOICE per our insurance. The contract that was first provided to me it stated that they would clean the room every 14 days, we were there for 5 weeks never once did they come to clean our rooms since we were staying in 2 different rooms. Had to buy myself a mop and a broom. First day we got in our room our puppy went under bed and found gum and pretzels with in minutes. They stated that other guests complained about noise. We would get back to hotel usually after 10p since we were working on our house after work in the afternoon since it was the only time we could, however they asked for us to be quite after 9pm felt like we were in dorms. One day the smole alarm started going off around 7:53am we kept calling the front desk there was no answer when we went down there it stated that they would return at 8am. Nobody came in till 9am I had to log off work since i was unable to work for that time since it was reallly loud. On another day one of my teenagers had bite marks all over her legs when we checked her bed we found bugs, from the day prior she had changed her sheets that were provided by the front desk. They next day they stated it might have been our puppy, our puppy never entered my teenagers room the whole time we were there. Few days later they said that they never found nothing in the room that it was clean all they said for us to wash all our clothes in hot water. They complained that my puppy would pee in concrete. Some staff is nice and pleasant. Others not so much. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT IS...

3rd post ~ After many phone calls & the general manager "researching" to find out who said what, which he should have done at the beginning, he finely said he would refund all our charges. I do appreciate the fact that he did want to make this right. I changed my review to 3 stars only just because of the hours on the phone that could have been avoided. Thank you! 2nd post ~ In response to their response: Communicate the amenities, I booked the rooms online & as far as I can tell there was no where online that discussed these things either. So "communicating" once we get there to check in that you have to pay for breakfast, linens, dishes, etc is unacceptable. I believe that's what I already said, 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear. It's been 12 days. I already called & "discussed" it with the general manager onsite. I was pretty much told exactly what I already posted. I should have called the day we left. So reaching out to discuss it further would be a waste of time. Again, DON'T STAY HERE!! 1st post ~ The worst hotel ever. The customer service is below the below. I'm being told that this hotel is at a lower rate because they have the "bare" amenities. So we left. We were told they would credit 3 of the 4 nights back. We were still charged for all 4. When I called a few weeks later, after seeing my CC statement, I was told I should have called the day I left. Why would I when I'm told they would credit them back & it usually takes 7 to 10 business days to see the credit. No credit for anything. ...
