Quiznos — Restaurant in Tukwila

I ate once a week here for a while, and I've never been made sick before. But then yesterday happened. Last night I ordered two sandwiches. For mine I asked for extra tomatoes and sauce, and I also asked to please not forget the extra side of sauce, because they cost 50 cents each and they occasionally forget. This was an online order. When I came to pick up my order and said my name, the female employee glared at me immediately in anger and annoyance. I thought 'oh no, I should not have said please don't forget the sides' because someone got offended. It was absolutely obvious the way this woman looked at me that she thought I was a karen, there to ruin her life apparently. I only said 'don't forget the sides' because they've been forgotten before, and they cost 50 cents each. So it's a note that automatically adds to every order I place and none of the other employees have ever been anything but incredibly nice to me. When I got home, to my dismay, I found I was the victim of malicious compliance. Not only was I given extra sauce, but it was as if my sandwich had been run through a car wash. It was literally dripping like watery dripping into pools. The bread was saturated. I almost laughed actually, because the preparation was so sarcastic. Obviously the maker knew what she was doing, you don't make a liquid sandwich accidentally. There is such a thing as extra sauce without ruining someone's 15.00 sandwich, which I know because I previously received a perfect effing sandwich every time. I ate it because I'm an idiot. I'm lazy I guess- it was raining, night had fallen, I didn't want to confront the worker and ask for a new one because I'm actually not a Karen at all. Cue six hours later! Vomiting and explosive diarrhea. Like... Both at the same time, friends. I didn't eat anything else literally all day: I eat one meal a day and that was it yesterday, so I know that's what made me so sick. Sicker than I've ever been. I got food poisoning once from a burger king when I was a child. This is the second worst food poisoning I've ever had. So the question is what did this woman put in my sandwich? It had a spicy sauce which would have covered any off taste. Obviously, I'll never trust going back there again. Maybe not Quiznos ever again. Amazing for a food worker to think they're 'maliciously complying' and getting back on a Karen by ruining her expensive food and making her sick!! Terrible woman: make your food the way the customer orders it and say thank you and give it to them. You're not some Quiznos Robin Hood. I was having a great relationship with Quiznos until yesterday. I sincerely hope somebody catches you intentionally making people ill, and that you lose your job. Patrons, best to order in person here and watch them make your food....

I wish I could give no stars , I was poisoned so badly. I work in the area so I came with my husband this past Monday around lunch time. He got the steak mesquite and I opted for the lobster sandwich and broccoli soup. Few hours later I started feeling tense and sweating profusely. I thought it was just hot In the building but the temp was fine. Later that night I really went into sick mode. I had the worst diarrhea I've ever had in my life 😭 I had fever aching muscles on top of the constant Visitation to the bathroom, the stomach pain was excruciating to the point where I'm screaming. I kept taking peptol which kinda helped but I was up all night with the food poisoning, I couldn't call out work because I just started this new job so I ended up just going into work sick. It is now Thursday and I'm trying to regain strength and nutrition. I am still having runny stomach here and there but not worse as in Monday till Wednesday 😭😭 If you decide to run food business let me tell you this, it's a lot of work to make sure food is safe but it's also not meant for people who don't care for food safety. I'm being advised by my family and friends to sue to this place, in the meantime I'm still trying to gain strength. And this...

The only issue was with OLO their delivery service. I ordered catering for a business meeting, The time zone was set incorrectly, so it showed delivery for 10 am. When trying to update, it stated to call Quiznos direct. I did and they were outstanding! At 1045 I got a call from Quiznos, the delivery company had arrive twice already since the time couldnt be updated online and there is no contact information for OLO. At 1155, I got a call my food was ready, but they hadnt seen a driver since earlier. So I had to go pick up my catering. Quiznos was absolutely fantastic through the entire process however!
