Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Tukwila

Drive Through only Rated a 3 star because of two main reasons.

I'll start with positives. 90% of the staff is super nice and friendly. There is a Latin lady that works the drive through and she's awesome. Always smiling and having a good time. Fast food isn't the best work but she always makes you feel confident you're getting a good meal.

I've never had a wrong order. Never, not once.

Now on to the negatives.

One of their staff members that does drive through is the slowest person ever. I'll spend my whole lunch break in the drive through with only two cars in front of me. She also doesn't acknowledge you as a human being, just hands you your stuff and closes the window. No hello or anything. You'll know who it is when you get there if you experience this.

I don't think this other lady works here anymore but whenever she would be "understaffed" or was just upset she would yell at customers or she would close down the drive through completely.

I have had inconsistency in my orders. Some days my chicken sandwich is over cooked and hard to eat. Other days it's just right. Fries are either over done or just right. Good news for everyone is that the food had never been undercooked. So they have that going for them.

This isn't really Jack in the Box's fault or maybe it is I'm not sure who paid for the project. There is an electric vehicle parking lot that was recently built across from the building. It always has broken down cars and RV's just hanging out and is usually filled with trash. The outside of the building isn't very aesthetically...

Jack in the Box. Yes this particular restaurant has got my approval endorsement above and beyond all possible measures of quality and excellence not only have I personally written Jack in the box a personal letter on Thanksgiving while enjoying a meal and it's Lobby, to extend my gratitude and my best wishes in appreciation of their SeaTac location I have many many a days walked ridden the bike and vehicle drive-through food endorsed with my presence this most fantastic well-managed exquisitely and courteously delivered and maintained fast culture Bistro dining breakfast and a luncheon aficionado Mega culture Cornerstone. Met its head and yes shared name logo icon in representative design blow Sway and wobble in honor of our great country! I had an order that was put together wrong and the manager was very rude and didnt handle the situation professionally. First of all I didnt get a receipt with my order and when I brought it to the cashier's attention that my order was incorrect I saw him speak to the two different managers and he came back and told me they were going to remake my order after about 10 minutes or more and several people getting their orders ahead of me I went to the counter and ask the cashier what was up and he said I'm sorry they're not making it your order since you don't have your receipt and I was like why was I waiting here for an order that wasn't even going to be made and he said yeah I know I'm sorry so I asked him what they manage his name was and he went and got her she came back and her name was Jamie when I asked why I was sitting there waiting for another that wasn't going to be made she just kind of looked at man so I go to the bathroom and then start to leave when she follows me outside and hands me a bag with what's supposed to be my order in it and tells me she just made it out of her meal because she didn't want any complaints turns out it still was not my order not what I wanted after that I just walked away and put the bag she gave me...
