Read moreI reserved this hotel online after driving all the way from Virginia, only to find out at the front desk that they don’t honor online reservations. This is extremely frustrating—if online bookings aren’t accepted, why is there an option to book online?
Additionally, the price listed online was $59, but I was charged $75 upon arrival, which is not worth it. On top of that, the hotel took a deposit from my card when I booked online. I called to request a refund after learning they don’t accept online reservations, but the deposit has still not been refunded and won’t be refunded since i got the email saying the booking is non refundable… Overall, this experience was disappointing and inconvenient.
