First got there and had to wait 10 min in lobby, then sent to a uncleaned disgusting room, then my new room had a uncleaned stinky microwave, the shower had gunk in it, and stained sheets. The police were called on a tenant suspected of child abuse and when the police left she screamed for 2 min at the whole floor for calling the police. Then get itchy and wake up with lots of bites all over my body. I tell the front desk person and he denies the possibility it could be bedbugs and gaslights me bout why I’m itchy. Then we go to my room and the worker is asking me how to use the bed bug spray, after all that I was offered 10 dollars of a room for another night, the worker then asked me not to write a review of these “lies” that they have bed bugs and I wasn’t gonna but it’s so itchy and I have dozens of bites that the...

I reserved this hotel online after driving all the way from Virginia, only to find out at the front desk that they don’t honor online reservations. This is extremely frustrating—if online bookings aren’t accepted, why is there an option to book online?

Additionally, the price listed online was $59, but I was charged $75 upon arrival, which is not worth it. On top of that, the hotel took a deposit from my card when I booked online. I called to request a refund after learning they don’t accept online reservations, but the deposit has still not been refunded and won’t be refunded since i got the email saying the booking is non refundable… Overall, this experience was disappointing and inconvenient.
