Wanted to give 5 stars but just couldn't. Myself & several family members booked a hotel stay during the holiday weekend. We book well in advance. It wasn't a last minute thing. I will start with the negative, but end on a better note. This was not our first time staying here. Since our previous visits went well we decided to Stay again; but this visit wasn't quite as smooth. Prior to arriving both myself and a couple family members called for some information as well as minor request. The phone was answered by Kim! She was rude, short and unpleasant. Maybe it was a busy, day, bad day but didn't appreciate the way we were treated. Also bed wasn't properly made, the covers were just thrown up and our bathroom was NOT cleaned and that's a huge issue for me. However Ms. Alejandra, Ms. Dee and Ms. Monica went out of their way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Also the bartending staff was awesome! I actually received a call back from management addressing all of my/our concerns. She listened to what I had to say, she didn't make excuses just apologized and said she would definitely address my concerns. We really do enjoy staying here when we're in town. We'll be staying again in the near future . We're hopeful it will be an uneventful stay next...

I would like to pass along the awful experience my family had at the University Heights Courtyard Marriott. I checked in on Dec 31 and was accused by the woman at the desk of checking in and taking the keys of my family member's room!!!!When my family checked in later, they were told someone else already checked in for that room and took the room keys. The person at the desk refused to give them keys to their room!!! The person at the desk accused ME of taking keys when I checked in but actually gave the keys to complete STRANGERS!!! My family member had little kids and they were scared of who was incorrectly given the keys. I called the front desk, in the middle of my nyeve to tell them I DID NOT have the keys. THEY SCREWED UP and gave the keys of room 320 to someone else. The receptionist was RUDE and would NOT accept responsibility for the mistake- blaming it on me- TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Read moreEaster Brunch! The place is beautiful and clean but I will don’t recommend to do any of the brunch events they have. This weekend we have the most horrible experience.
Our reservation was at 12pm we arrived there like 10 minutes before the line was so big to check in we didn’t get our table until 12:15.
We went to get drinks and food you have to wait at least 10 minutes for a mimosa and 10 minutes for an omelette.
We saw some tables having servers we didn’t have anyone that help us on our table. Until 12:50 our server come to our table really rude to let us know we have to leave the table because they have another family coming at 1pm. Like really did you expect we will eat in less than an hour.
They let us know to go to the terrace but in a really rude way!
We didn’t have an option so we went to the terrace and the sad thing is that we left at 2pm and no one was sitting...
