One University Place — Local services in University Heights

The reason this place came up for me is because while I was at the light there was an African lady having car trouble in the middle of the intersection, everyone was driving around her and nobody stopped to see if she needed any help. I stopped, she said she called the police quite a while ago but nobody had come yet, despite being across the street from the university heights police station.
