Bistro Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in University Heights

So my rating goes with such unacceptable behaviour. There is a staff whois definetly having problem in comunication with the customers and always made me uncomfortable and not wellcomed. Need a lots of work on it. After being 3 weekw a guest of hotel, finally last day I cluld not get breakfast at 10:09 because breakfast is served until 10 am. Instead, I can have a lunch menu, would like to ask those who write the policy, who is taking breakfast at 10 am. Arrived at 9:15 on a Friday exhausted after a very active athletic event and the kitchen was closed the bar was listed as closing at midnight on Friday but called last call at 10. We ended up eating potato chips and fruit cups from the vending area. Under staffed, over priced for the “service” you get, evidentially the management expects its guests to “understand” when they fail to hire staff and prepare their facility.Not a place...
