I'm leaving more exhausted than when I arrived. Let's start there. I gave this place a second chance and I can not express just how much I regret even being here once. The first time I stayed, I was given a room with MOLD on the carpet hidden by a single furniture chair. I expressed my concerns to front desk and head of cleaning staff just for them to tell me that it was a bleach stain. LIES. Lies to my face. I would if I could post the pictures as proof however that doesn't seem to be an option here. I even had to come up with the bright idea to have my room switched FOR THEM. NO APOLOGIES, NO ACCOMMODATIONS except for what I had to come up with FOR THEM. During this stay, I was told to retrieve my own blankets and pillows from the front desk. Infuriated enough, I had a member of the cleaning staff enter my room without knocking as well. I expressed my discontent and the door just closed. No apologies offered. This is probably the worst hotel I have ever been to with the most disrespectful staff I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. There is, however, a young lady at the front desk that deserves her flowers though. She is a soul redeeming factor of this arduous experience. Again, I would love to post the pictures of the MOLD that they tried to pass off to me as a rather large bleach stain. Where it made no sense for a bleach stain to even be. Question: What were you all trying to bleach so baldy that was in the corner next to an A/C unit that was so obviously leaking fluids??? The air in that room was dense with a harmful odor that caused me to cough shortly after settling into the room! When this was also expressed, I'm being told none of this is true, as I'm standing in front of the carpet stain itself. I'll go to the far reaches of wherever else other than this place for my hotel stays in the future and I suggest the same of any and everyone that would like their time and patronage respected. Personally, both experiences here were embarrassing and draining just to put things lightly. I almost forgot to mention, ans I see others have, that the bathrooms are not cleaned properly or at all. Mine in particular had brown spots in the corners of the shower. I shudder to think of what else I would've found had I just...

That said our son had forgotten some items in the room. We realized after getting about six hours away and called once we reached our destination. The person I talked to that day said they found the items in the service lost and found but their manager was out and they would leave a note and took my details. They then told me they would try to have them sent out within a week.
You can guess how that went. I called eighteen days later to inquire and just see if they had been shipped. I was informed that all the staff that could check were servicing rooms and they would call me back. They did not.
I called again the next day to inquire. They apologized for my call not being returned and told me again all rooms being serviced and they would call back. They did not.
I called two days after that and actually got back to the manager who could supposedly help me. One of my items has disappeared and nothing shipped. They need to contact the old manager as they changed managers in this time I am told. They will call me back. They did not.
Eleven days later all of my calls without ringing immediately get a response saying that it cannot be answered by a generic non-brand specific message. I am pretty sure they have blocked me. So I guess I won't be back...
Edit on reply: I was more than willing to pay shipping but no one ever mentioned it. I have absolutely no incoming calls from the hotel or even anyone in an area code that is not in my state. Don't really appreciate the response basically being I am lying and unwilling to pay. I called back and the fee at this time for half the items is unknown but they will take my credit card to charge whatever they need.
They also can find no details of any call made to me so I must have hung up on them in a call I made apparently.
Corporate Best Western informed me they should have offered to have me send a prepaid label to cover the charges.
I am curious how the housekeeper on the day of my stay managed to describe the now missing item to me if it was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave stayed multiple times with no issues..this time my mother and aunt (clean freaks) HEALTHY women in 60 to 70s checked in for few days visit. Went nowhere else..came in healthy woke up with bites ALL over trunk of body.. around breast back chest ..n thighs.. have photos.. reported to front desk said okay housekeeping will vome check .. nobody came ..saw "housekeeping " in hall inquired and she told me she didn't know any english..sry.. soo waited some more finally they made up mind to leave .. we have photos of bugs on mattress reached out to owner who kept telling me what if im wrong..asking me to meet him with inspector after I pursued and reported to him ..kindly. respectfully. My mother who was there just lost her husband to cancer only stayed to meet my aunt who came in for funeral and celebration of life. They requested refund for BOTH nights booked and they would not refund the ONE night. They BOTH woke up with these bites ..I am repeatedly being told their inspector will look into.. yes their paid inspector of course. SOMETHING happend in that room.. 2 healthy women went to bed n woke up with these bites ..instead of just refunding both nights one not even stayed... they are giving us run around. Don't NEED the money but it is the point!! Bad business is bad business! We have photos! Very disappointed as we have stayed as fam multiple times. To be treated and dismissed is issue. Give me a report by yourrr paid inspector and tell me to be there when I just explained planning father's funeral n celebration of life that's in fl! not on his timeliness so im to be discredited. Be warned they had none of this until slept in room 325! I will post on yelp also incase...
