Jamestown Mattress - Warren — Hotel in Warren

We just had a Jamestown Mattress delivered on 9/23/2025, and I absolutely love my new king sized, flippable mattress. We also bought the box springs, as well. First off the Salesman (Joe)was professional, and answered any, and all questions that I had about the bed! Furthermore, the price was such a fair price, for the bed we got, I bought it on my first visit to the store. I have a really bad back(multiple surgeries) and I wanted a firm bed, because I was struggling to get out of our old mattress, because of the wear spots that had developed over the years. When I grew up, beds were made to flip, and rotate to add to the life if the mattress, and comfort of your sleep, and this extended the life of the mattress. I knew that I wanted to go back to that type of mattress, so Jamestown Mattress was a no brainer. The bed was actually made for my Wife and I, and it was delivered two weeks later, to the day, just as promised. The two delivery personal showed up with our custom made king sized mattress, and box springs. They removed our old mattress, and as a side note that bed was so ridiculously HEAVY, and it was just a one sided mattress, that couldn't be flipped, just rotated. As heavy as it was, these two, made look easy, then they brought in the king size mattress, and box springs, and they both were polite, and acted very professional. In closing, dealing with Jamestown Mattress was a pleasure from start to finish. I will only buy another bed from Jamestown Mattress; our Son's may be our next bed purchase. I will highly recommend them any time I hear someone needs a new bed. I promise if you need a bed, go buy a bed at Jamestown Mattress. You will be 110%...

It was excellent working with Joe to choose mattresses and box-springs for a family of four. He took the time to describe the differences in products. Initially, we were only going to buy two new mattresses and box springs for our children, and we planned to keep our queen-size mattress but upgrade our box spring to a semi-flexible one.

After learning about features of the products from Joe, we decided to upgrade our Queen size beauty rest silver (only three years old, rarely used, expensive and disappointing) to a king-size Majestic Dream mattress, semi-flex boxes, frame, and headboard, as well as two full-size Comfort Trend Plush mattresses and semi-flex boxes for our children from Joe at the Warren store location. We are a family of four and are all very happy with the comfort and stability of the beds, boxes, and frames. THANK YOU, JOE!! Without your guidance, we would have missed out on the great sleep we now experience!
