Liberty Street Lunch — Restaurant in Warren

I was there a few weeks ago,had never heard of the place or knew it existed. Overheard some coworkers talk about it and decided to Google it. Saw some fantastic reviews, and wanted to try it for myself!

I'm saddened they aren't open later then 2or 3pm but if you can get there before last order you won't be disappointed!

I was blown away, frst off the customer service was just out of this world, she was so friendly, helpful and patient, recommended items and never rushed us as we took our time deciding with a small line of people behind us. The wait time for the food we ordered was very fast for as small as the kitchen is that they have and are working with. I'm impressed! And the food 😋 my gosh, the food is out of this world, I was prepared for average or above average "hole in the wall" diner food, but it's much more then average!

They put time,effort,thought and passion into each and every dish thay comes out of the kitchen! For as busy as it was inside the cooks never once looked stressed or overwhelmed. Absolutely loved the food and blown away!!

Love this little lunch counter in downtown Warren, PA. The food is cooked to order, super fresh, tasty and made with seasonal ingredients. Specialty sandwiches and salads that are beyond ordinary. Fun appetizers like the seafood cigars, whipped feta spread and hot and hearty soup of the day. I had the NE clam "chowda" and it was full of tender clams and had the perfect consistency of a good chowder. For lunch I had the curry chicken salad wrap. YUM !! Loved the seasoning and appreciated something different than the ole standard chix salad! Service came with a friendly smile and was pleasant and attentive. High five Liberty...

Ramen was not bad for Warren ( I'm highly biased from having ramen in Asia so much) but if you like instant ramen, you will LOVE this! Hit the spot after a long drive home on a cold day. The softboiled egg was done perfectly. I really liked how they offer different spice levels and explained them. I will definitely have it again. It's nice to have a place downtown with something different. The fries were VERY GOOD! unique and really enjoyed them..the staff was very friendly and helpful. Made us and everyone else...
