Red Roof Inn Detroit - Warren — Hotel in Warren

Before I start majority of the workers live there so they are aware of everything, just filthy ) I walked into red roof office soon as I got in there, there was a black male that was yelling and complaining to the house keepers and I think a manager she had glasses light skinned . Anyways I asked off rip was he upset about the room are they’re bed bugs or anything cause I’m bringing my babies and I don’t have time to be playing games All the older black women looked me dead in my eyes and said no . I booked my room I was staying n ight to night the first week because I didn’t know how long I was going to be there . First night we stayed the morning we woke up my boys was complaining about a bump on there arm (normally when bed bugs bite I thought it would be like 3 or 4 bumps in a line when I looked it up on the internet) so I kinda rubbed it off because me or dad or my youngest had the bumps so before I could even accuse anyone my kids father said at least get proof they’re not going to believe you so next night came and we woke up my son had another bite on the side of his stomach but it looked more like a spider bite, mind you we already half way through the week I’m outside smoking they are infested with rats they are climbing in the cars chewing wires . I told the lady at the desk tonight that was working 03/26/2025 and she said “ yes we have rats they down the street by the gas station baby they everywhere “ so now yall just letting rats hang out in front of the hotel like it’s normal ???? Are yall cool??? So anyways back to the bed bugs next week comes around my kids dad is at work I just put my boys to sleep I’m laying in the bed on my side I feel something crawling on me I instantly hit the lamp to cut on light and it’s a bed bug !!!! I immediately took a picture. And packed my things and life this just happened tonight on 03/26/2025 it was 12am mid night when it started so it led into 03/27/2025 I went and talked to the front desk and explained what just happened she agreed with everything I said up until another customer came in behind me and she’s trying to signal me to stop talking about the bed bugs ? Why would I do that y’all gone set them up like yall did me that’s poor management very unprofessional!! I wasn’t...

I reserved a king size bedroom, no smoking, downstairs. for two pets. They give me a $64 price. It was late when we got in. They gave us our room downstairs. We went to it. When I walked in the first thing I noted was smoke filled. It smelt like I walked into a Ashtray. and I don't smoke. I can easily stand some smoke. But this was ridiculous. And one. walking into the bathroom. It looked like the room hadn't been cleaned and had been used., So I'm thinking they made a mistake. So I went to the front desk. and told them. So they gave us a room They had left, they said. But I noticed a lot of empty rooms. It was a large area of motel. They gave us a room upstairs with double beds. That room smelled better and it was warm. But when I laid on the bed, it felt like it had a huge rock under it. There was number. 208. Not enough toilet paper and towels in the room. It is outdated. And we noted some ladies that look like they rented themselves out for the night coming and going. Maybe I'm wrong. OK, but it was snowing, so most the criminal activity, I assume, was inside for the night. I was worried about my truck. The dogs barked twice. My husband passed out tired because we were driving all day. I didn't sleep very good and had a dentist appointment the next day. They didn't take anything off our bill. Lowering it for the double beds because the king bad non smoking was supposed to be 60. 6. Nothing was taken off the bill. Taxes made it 74. The place was really outdated. It the toilet was 12 inches off the floor. I felt like I was in the kindergarten bathroom. And when you're older, 69. That's hard to get up off of. There was no grab bars. The doors were chipped and broken The TV was very small. There was no back on the remote control. You get what you paid for my husband's. said. And always before I leave, I pull the sheets off for the maid. Well, the picture can explain the pee stains on the mattress, and I'm not sure if it's blood stains or ink stains. And I slept on that. Dashers Beware!! DO NOT deliver to Red Roof in at 26300 Dequindre Rd, Warren, MI!!

I am a Dasher who delivers for the royal oak/Southfield area. I had an order from Starbucks to this hotel under the name Angie C. I was instructed to bring it into the lobby. When I pulled up, a girl walked up to me and asked me if the order was for Christina or Angie. I told her Angie. She told me to give it to her because she's her coworker (which happens all the time) and she went inside the lobby.

Some time later, I get a contract violation from doordash saying the customer never received the order. I texted Angie C, via doordash, and told her I gave it to her coworker and asked did she not receive it. Angie didn't reply. I went back up there and saw the original girl outside again. I told her what happened and she IMMEDIATELY became defensive and said I can't just come back up to the job asking questions. She refuse to acknowledge the order, over talked me and refused to help me resolve the issue.

Another woman came out and told me I can come inside and talk to the manager, Angie. I go inside and ask for Angie, another young lady told me no Angie works there, despite me just being told the manager, Angie, was indeed inside. I then ask for a manger, I was told there was no manager there either. The original girl who I'll call, catch me outside girl, comes and tells me I'm doing all this for nothing because nothing is going to happen to them and I'm the only one that will get in trouble. In the meantime, the other young lady that told me there is no Angie, slips up and calls Angie by name in front of me 😑.

I then tell them I know understand that they are working together to get free food. They all were in on it. I did call door dash and told them what happened as well as the restaurant where they ordered from.
