Ordered online, 2 different subs. When picked up, the employee just handed us both subs, but failed to tell us some toppings we ordered they ran out. Drove home realizing then that each sub was missing tomato and onion, and one was missing sauce entirely. Drive back to find the store empty for about 8 minutes. The manager walked in with no shirt on blaring music on a small speaker. Another couple minutes pass, and he comes out with a younger guy who was evidently just in the back. Told him what happened and he proceeded to tell me he would not remake nor give me money back and that was normal procedure if they are out of items. I spoke with him in detail about paying something that I did not receive where he then took one sub from me, and slammed it so hard into the trash that the can moved a few feet. He remade one sub talking about how this was going to cut into his food costs. He gave me sub and 2 bags of chips to make up for the problem. Never will go to Subway again obviously. Read more5/1/24 Rude staff, food tasted good, but I won’t be back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Arab woman got annoyed look on her face because I only wanted a 6inch sub, then after giving me my change back she turned and left my bag on the counter leaving me to have to reach over and grab my food. It’s not my fault your restaurant isn’t getting customers at lunchtime. It’s probably your bad attitude that keeps people away. It’s not my fault you made all that bread that probably will go to waste because of the lack of customers. But, you’ll probably save them for tomorrow KNOWING you supposed to throw that bread out at the end of the day (I know, I used to work for Subway over a decade ago). Also, annoyingly they had a metal thing blocking the glass for the meat so you cannot see how the meat look. Makes them suspicious…why block customers from seeing the meat but let them see the veggies? Have better customer service then maybe you’ll get...
Read moreThis is the worst subway ever!!!! They say their hours are open at 9am? I’ve been there multiple times at about 12 noon and the door is locked with someone standing behind the counter on their phone. Now let’s talk about staff. Most of the the time they have ONE person working during busy lunch times. Everyone that works there has a terrible attitude and don’t give a flying fig about you. This also makes what should be a 5-10 minute stop for lunch usually 20 minutes minimum because of the single employee.
Another thing is the employee makes the temperature on the thermostats so hot, that you would think you’re in an aquarium for a lizard. That can’t be safe for the lunch meat to sit out in that type of temperature.
