We purchased a Sleepy Hush Pillowtop mattress about a month and half ago, we loved how it felt. This mattress is very comfortable BUT it is cheaply made. This experience has been a nightmare. The 1st mattress we got the pillow top separated from the mattress and bubbled up. We submitted a warranty claim and they delivered a new mattress. So we get the new mattress and we were so excited but 3 days later the same exact problem occured (pillow top seperating from the mattress) now we are very upset and disappointed in Mattress Firm. Isn't this company suppose to be a reputable company? Well...it's impossible to get someone on the phone to complain. They force you to file yet another warranty claim online for a credit but only offer you a portion of your money back. They did not give us the taxes we paid so the credit was minus $65 plus delivery fees. So today we went into the store to look for a completely different bed hoping we didn't have to add a ton of money to the new one. So we find a new bed that we liked and set up a time and day for delivery and we are told WE HAVE TO PAY $99 for delivery!!! At this point my head is gonna explode from frustration. Why do I have to pay for delivery AGAIN????? WHY???? THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS...Lauren that works in the store in Deptford, NJ is AMAZING! she is so helpful and friendly...We definitely got lucky coming across her in our matress hunting mission. We are expecting our new matress this Sunday fingers crossed we have a better experience this time around even thought this experience cost us time, energy, money and we were inconvenienced. We thought for sure that being as though this was the 2nd defective mattress, we would be better accommodated...but NO!!!! DO NOT buy this bed!

The THIRD mattress that we got from this monstrosity of a business did THE SAME EXACT THING!!! After reading my review the so called new manager Eddie reached out to me on a Friday about my issues (which I thought was a good start)...he assured me that he would look into some sort of accommodation for all of our issues and that he would definitely call me on Monday.....long story short...I had to call him the following Friday just to hear that they basically can't help me with the trash that they sold me?!?!?! Read moreI have chronic back pain after a car accident several years back. To help, I spent a day driving to 6 different mattress stores around New Jersey and tried over 80 different mattresses. Ended up going with a mattress from this one. Elizabeth was by far the most attentive and knowledgeable employee at any of the stores I visited, and was able to tell me exactly which mattresses I should try and why she thought I would or would not like each one. She also nailed the perfect pillow for my posture first try and made sure that my spine stayed in alignment for each of my various sleeping positions on the mattress I ended up going with. One of the best shopping experiences I have had in a long while, and considering the store's generous window for exchanging your mattress if you do somehow get one that doesn't work for you, it really is hard to go wrong buying one here. After one of our mattresses was delivered, we determined that we needed a different boxspring. I called the store and spoke with Chris he said he would place the order and send me a payment link and it would be delivered on Wednesday. He billed the wrong customer, sent them the delivery notification. I called a few hours later telling him that I never got the link, he said he didn't send it because he had my husband's email not mine. My email was the only one that he was given.
