I can't give any stars. While I appreciate that they have gluten free crust, their customer service leaves MUCH to be desired. I placed my order on Grub Hub and asked for a GF Americano. When the screen scrolls down to "cheese" I clicked on the little circle that indicates "none" because in addition to gluten, I'm allergic to milk. I immediately called when I opened my pizza because it had cheese. Since I'm a teacher, I don't have the luxury of extending my lunch, which I explained. The woman in charge insisted on arguing with me that the order didn't go through that way (like I'd make this up!) and that she didn't know what to do and had to call her boss to find out what to do and wanted to call me back. I missed the call and called back right away and did speak with the owner, but at that point, I only had 5 minutes left of my lunch, which I then also explained. She was VERY abrupt and informed me in no uncertain terms that she is a business owner trying to run a business. At that point I stopped her and said all I want is a credit to my account. Her response was, "Fine" and she hung up. WOW! I will NOT be ordering again. What she should have realized as a business owner is that I work in a school and could have gotten her more business had she done the right thing. Instead, they kept telling me how I ordered incorrectly instead of recognizing the flaw in the system. My friends said the pizza is delicious, (I couldn't eat mine) and it's really a shame we won't be...
Read moreI’ve tried as many pizza places as I could get my hands on. Everyone has their preferences on the perfect slice, and this place meets 90% of mine. The other 10% is up to everyone else and their preferences.
Let me start by saying if you like a thin crunchy crust, with a sweet, tangy sauce. That doesn’t overwhelm you with cheese and oil. Than this is absolutely the place for you.
The actual slice comes very thin, so much so it’ll stand up on its own as you hold it. The perimeter is perfectly cooked to where it is slightly burnt, but just enough to give you a pleasant bold taste and give you a delicious compliment to that perfect crunch and sweet sauce.
Not to mention the sweet tangy tomato flavored sauce covering the pizza in an almost chunky fashion that makes every bite taste as good as the last.
I could see the cheese leaving more to desire for some, and it may seem kind of few and far between compared to some places that slather the pizza in cheese and oil. This place could be considered the opposite relishing quality of quantity.
The price is a little expensive for some, though I’m willing to argue it’s a bargain. But I promise you not a dollar spent here will go wasted.
This is absolutely a 9/10 pizza joint for me. I couldn’t speak for the other SLICE locations but this one is BAR NONE the best. And easily my top dog for pizza places in south Jersey.
If you have the chance, PLEASE GIVE THIS PLACE A TRY!!!!

Read moreI made a serious mistake when ordering. I ordered a margherita pizza and wanted some toppings. I got pepperoni and Sausage and then had the idea that a small drizzle of Balsamic glaze would top it off with a faint bit of sweetness. What a mistake!!! The person who assembled and cooked the pizza was flawless. Not too much sauce, not too much cheese, not too much pepperoni and sausage. Enough of each to give you a taste of all the ingredients, but the person who put on the Balsamic Glaze has no understanding of Balance. there was so much glaze over the pizza that it had turned the pizza black. More glaze than tomato or cheese and so much so that you could not longer taste the other ingredients and this pizza perfection turned into a cold, sweet, soggy, mess on delivery. I write this because I feel the establishment should know, and also future buyers should know. My $35 delivered small pizza was not edible. I now realize I should have taken a...
