Friendly and clean, but nothing more.||This RV park is really a mobile home park with a section for overnight travelers. ||Check in was easy, staff was friendly and accommodations clean. Pool looked nice. ||However, we were greeted with numerous rules; check with the office before doing laundry, get a wristband before using pool, always use a code for restrooms and then an additional code to gain access to restroom building after hours. There were more rules, but they didn’t apply to us.||Our site was easy to find- it was alongside the large wall that separates the Interstate from the mobile home/ RV park. The site was small and very tight. This wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed, but it is in the same league.||On our departure, we wanted an early morning departure before sunrise. The plan was to shower, get ready and leave. Unfortunately the code given for building access was wrong and therefore the bathrooms off limits. Without the code and no one on duty….. no showers for us.||If there had been ANY other actual campground in Ogden, we would have stayed there instead. If you’re looking for a business opportunity- open an actual RV park and campground, not a mobile home park with extra sites...

The owners of this park must be seriously uptight and paranoid. They don’t tell you about the stack of papers you have to fill out till after they sign you in and bill your card. They ask for personal information an officer of the law couldn’t legally coerce someone to answer and they have more rules than you can shake a stick at. I understand they don’t want shady characters in the park and want to protect their business from liability concerns but if you actually read through the stack of rules, questions and lease agreement (seriously?....a lease agreement for rv guests) you can’t help but think these people are authoritarians. They have a whole page about how many ways kids aren’t allowed to play in the park and other things no one has even thought of. Not like bad people would fill out their crime history questions honestly because they don’t do a criminal background check anyway. No feelings of personal liberty allowed in this place. Just a stack of papers representing fear and insecurity that irritates reasonable people with good moral compass. I’ve stayed in hundreds of parks across the country. Only ran into a few places with the legal fortress mentality like this. It’s a...

My husband and I live the winter months here for 4 seasons. The management the first 2 1/2 years were amazing. Kind and courteous. The lot rent did go up and you had to pay for electricity but we understood with covid. February of 2024 they hired Jen and the place went so down hill. She is rude and dishonest. We talked to the manager at the time about something she had done and she was mad. The next month she took us off the monthly and put us on daily. And billed us 85 a day. The manager at the time made it good. We came back this year and she gave our spot away. We had reserved that spot in May when we left. She became the manager and when we returned she had every excuse. We took what she said was open due to no other choice. We rv full time. At the new spot we had dogs pooping on the roadside of lot and we're told we needed to clean it or we would be charged. This park has gone down hill so bad that in the month of January 20 campers pulled out with us being the 18th. Then it took over 3 weeks to get our deposit and over pay back. I would love to visit with the owner of this property at anytime if they want...

The people that work here are pleasant and wonderful! However the park is easy to tight And way to expensive for what you get. They charge us $81 per day for 3 of us, which at that price you'd expect a little luxury... You have to make a U turn to enter and exit the park, the RV roads are single width making it tight to turn and set up. The spaces are soooo narrow and short. So short that you have to block the road to unhook and get real familiar with neighbors across the street. There is not room for your tow vehicle at your site. After inhooking you really have to squeeze your tow vehicle in attempt to not block the road. (Our travel trailer is ONLY 35 feet) There is overflow parking, but it was full. I stayed here overnight with my 2 kids. They charge me $2.50 a child per day. The three of us went inside to check in and the attendant was lovely and set us all up. They have wifi but they don't allow streaming and connection is poor. They have a dog section, picnic tables, basketball, pool fitting summer, etc. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't worth the $81 for a single night

Jen in the office is alot of what this place has going for it- she was sweet, funny and helpful. Aside from her the pool was awesome too- we all enjoyed it in the heat. The basketball courts were a fun addition as well. The freeway near by we didn't ever notice. The bathrooms are very clean and cute. Only downside is they really aren't set up for water use for more than one person. Unless you like playing the burning hot/ freezing cold game with your shower neighbor. Lots of people were smoking around us which was very hard for our family. Another downside was the morning we were packing to leave at 9am their gardener came through our site as we were gathering our stuff and proceeded to weed wack around us- getting grass shards all in our camper and all over the things we were packing up. We all felt it to be very rude and not needed. Maybe he should be coming to do that after 11am (checkout) But all in all we'd recommend this rv spot.

This is a very nice campground. The manager and staff are friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of rules but nothing too crazy. They are all rules to keep people safe. And make it enjoyable for everyone. Campground is easily accessible to and from the freeway and also has an RV store Darren Bideaux RV across the street if you need repairs done or just need RV supplies. Gas stations are close by that also sale propane. You have Shell right across the street and Flying J just under the overpass. I have used both places for propane. They have a 6 foot fenced in dog park with lights for night. Don't know of any other RV campground with such a nice dog park. They also have a pool, showers, and a laundromat.
