Friendly and clean, but nothing more.||This RV park is really a mobile home park with a section for overnight travelers. ||Check in was easy, staff was friendly and accommodations clean. Pool looked nice. ||However, we were greeted with numerous rules; check with the office before doing laundry, get a wristband before using pool, always use a code for restrooms and then an additional code to gain access to restroom building after hours. There were more rules, but they didn’t apply to us.||Our site was easy to find- it was alongside the large wall that separates the Interstate from the mobile home/ RV park. The site was small and very tight. This wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed, but it is in the same league.||On our departure, we wanted an early morning departure before sunrise. The plan was to shower, get ready and leave. Unfortunately the code given for building access was wrong and therefore the bathrooms off limits. Without the code and no one on duty….. no showers for us.||If there had been ANY other actual campground in Ogden, we would have stayed there instead. If you’re looking for a business opportunity- open an actual RV park and campground, not a mobile home park with extra sites...
Read moreThe owners of this park must be seriously uptight and paranoid. They don’t tell you about the stack of papers you have to fill out till after they sign you in and bill your card. They ask for personal information an officer of the law couldn’t legally coerce someone to answer and they have more rules than you can shake a stick at. I understand they don’t want shady characters in the park and want to protect their business from liability concerns but if you actually read through the stack of rules, questions and lease agreement (seriously?....a lease agreement for rv guests) you can’t help but think these people are authoritarians. They have a whole page about how many ways kids aren’t allowed to play in the park and other things no one has even thought of. Not like bad people would fill out their crime history questions honestly because they don’t do a criminal background check anyway. No feelings of personal liberty allowed in this place. Just a stack of papers representing fear and insecurity that irritates reasonable people with good moral compass. I’ve stayed in hundreds of parks across the country. Only ran into a few places with the legal fortress mentality like this. It’s a...
Read moreMy husband and I live the winter months here for 4 seasons. The management the first 2 1/2 years were amazing. Kind and courteous. The lot rent did go up and you had to pay for electricity but we understood with covid. February of 2024 they hired Jen and the place went so down hill. She is rude and dishonest. We talked to the manager at the time about something she had done and she was mad. The next month she took us off the monthly and put us on daily. And billed us 85 a day. The manager at the time made it good. We came back this year and she gave our spot away. We had reserved that spot in May when we left. She became the manager and when we returned she had every excuse. We took what she said was open due to no other choice. We rv full time. At the new spot we had dogs pooping on the roadside of lot and we're told we needed to clean it or we would be charged. This park has gone down hill so bad that in the month of January 20 campers pulled out with us being the 18th. Then it took over 3 weeks to get our deposit and over pay back. I would love to visit with the owner of this property at anytime if they want...
