Here’s a clean, polished review you can post: ⸻ I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas, while attending a show featuring EJ Jones—an amazing upcoming Memphis native artist—with Terry Rogers opening the night. The hotel was convenient, clean, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax before and after the event. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. My room was spacious, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a quick but enjoyable stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when I’m in town for a show or a weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Road tripped from NC to TX and Memphis was the most convenient 1/2 way point to stay overnight. I had leftover hotel credit with my Capital One card and picked this hotel purely for all the reviews that were raving about how good the breakfast was, the free shuttle to possibly check out Memphis nightlife without having to drive our SUV full of stuff or worry about parking, and the modern interior/ exterior. Located over the bridge connecting downtown to W Memphis and off the I-40 main highway, it was easy to find. Arrived after 11 pm but check in was a breeze (disappointed we arrived too late to take advantage of the free shuttle to Beale Street/ the casino, so call to verify exact hours). Okay, back to the food… it did not disappoint. Like wow. Pretty sure we hit the road later than we planned for because we were more concerned with going back for seconds… okay, for thirds. (I’m not saying it’s better than a restaurant or diner but we didn’t have time for that so this did it’s job and earned an A+ when it came to a hotel continental breakfast). My bf also wanted me to be sure I gave noteable mention to the biscuits while my props go to the waffles bc the batter didn’t actually make them taste like the usual cardboard cup poured waffles With that being said, if you’re in town for an event or hitting the road early the next morning like us, and are big eaters that want to skip having to budget for breakfast, this hotel is for you!

This hotel stay was the worst I've ever had. The room was filthy. NEVER cleaned from prior stay. They just made the bed. DISGUSTING. We got there and I sat at the desk. It was sticky / dirty. So I thought ...they missed wiping it down. Went to bathroom to wet a cloth & the shower was full of hair, bottles laying in the shower floor. I wipe off the desk and look over where the coffee pot is and that didn't get wiped down either. Coffee stains there. Next I look in the fridge & there are someone's leftovers. At this point I'm thinking they never bothered to clean the room. I pull the covers back on bed and the sheets have stains on them and hair in the bed. OMG!! I call down to front desk & they say they have no other rooms (like I'm going to continue my stay after this). She sends the maintenance man (he was very apologetic) He tells me they have no housekeeping. I asked him so you sell a dirty room? He says he'll bring me clean sheets & we can change the bed. Really? It was unbelievable. I call Choice Hotels and I got an I'm sorry. Isn't that big of them? I will say the next stay with Choice Hotel group wasn't much better. Needless to say I will be selective when choosing which hotels we stay in within the Choice Hotel group. If I could have given them NEGATIVE stars I would have. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL. No call from owner of hotel or manager to apologize.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. I had a room reserved for 1 night.

My two daughters (9 & 10) and I were excited about swimming in the pool. When checking into the hotel, the person helping us was great and explained to my two daughters that the pool was open until 11pm.

So we raced to our hotel room and changed into our swimsuits. When we got to the pool we were excited to be the only people there. That should have been a red flag for me, but I never had a bad situation before this.

Excited to swim, my kids pushed me in and we were enjoying the pool. Unfortunately, that only lasted 5 minutes. And that was too long for me to not recognize the problem.

While swimming I thought I was seeing a lot of dirt in the pool. Once I stopped playing with my kids and focused on the "dirt", I realized there were THOUSANDS of little bugs swimming with us. They were all alive.

I instantly got my kids out of the pool, but the damage was already done. I don't get bothered easily, but I was extremely grossed out and my kids are traumatized from this situation. They don't ever want to swim in a pool again.

Immediately we went to our room and took showers. All of us had bugs in our hair, on our bodies and in our bathing suits.

After we took our showers, we went to the front desk and I reported this to them. I was told the maintenance guy took yesterday off. A problem at this magnitude doesn't happen because of 1 day of neglect. That pool was clearly neglected for a substantial amount of time.

Going through an experience like that makes one wonder. What else has been neglected. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in that room. We refused to eat breakfast and got out of that hotel...
