Seasons Cafe — Restaurant in West Memphis

I visited the casino on 6/4/23 at 3:00 AM. The hostess was a short, heavyset, caucasian lady with stringy dark hair. She was very rude and nasty to guests after we had waited in a line for nearly 20 minutes to place an order. They had no tables available and for the previous nights, the hostesses took to-go-orders and advised guests accordingly. This lazy person actually turned guests away instead. I told her that we should be able to order to go. She got defensive and loudly stated to-go is only for people who have hotel keys, then stated loudly anyone has a hotel key who wants to order. Totally ignorant and poorly represents a known establishment with a good reputation. She is going to ruin it. She needs to work in EVS where she doesn't have to deal with customers because she can't handle it. She behaved like a street person. Yes, I wrote it up and will be posting everywhere so people know what's going on there....

This is the only restaurant open in the casino after 11pm. The girls working were very friendly, no complaints there. Took a while to get my to go order but that’s expected since they were the only place open and packed so I wasn’t too upset especially since it seemed like the workers were trying their best. I got the hamburger meal and the fried pickles/okra plate. The burger was good but I just couldn’t shake the taste of everything else that was fried.
