Delicious! Took a friend to spend a little time together to eat out and play a bit. Stopped by The Fry House to grab a bite. Guy taking my order helped make suggestions for what to order and he was RIGHT ON THE MONEY! Small menu; order at the counter and take a number to your table where they deliver when ready; fill your own drinks. So, chicken tenders and catfish -- but the catch was there are several choices of "shakes" to get put on the food. I tried "lemon pepper" as he suggested and it was the bomb. Also, they have many dipping sauces, etc., or, you can just get plain chicken or fish. The homemade fries were seasoned with parmesan, maybe, and also delicious. But the BEST thing I had were the honey biscuits. I've got to figure out how to make those at home! Staff was friendly, attentive and fast. Food was a little "high" priced, but aren't they all in a casino setting??? I also saw many, many officers stopping by to go in and order "to go" from The Fry House. Would definitely recommend, whether your are playing or...
Read moreThe Fry House has decent food, however, they may skip over your receipt number and you may wait over an hour. The Fry House closes at 11:00pm but if you arrive at 10:51, the young lady with the glasses and braids behind the register will tell you they are no longer taking orders during their hours of operations although they close at 11:00pm and will redirect you to the Seasons Cafe, a restaurant that has been closed the entire afternoon. I imagine the Fry House was created to get food out quickly, however, as I mentioned before the average wait time is about 30 minutes to 1 hour and they may forget to call your receipt number. The Fry House seems to be an after thought to the scheme of the entire building. It seems the staffing at the Fry House is the second string compared to the other restaurants in the building. It is the weak link in a very strong chain. The Fry House needs a complete reevaluation of what they are...
Read moreI was never a fan, but last night was the worst. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, Cajun fries, and catfish. Our buzzer was ringing, we went to the counter - they could not find the order. I waited around and saw a box coming out of the kitchen. It looked like the chicken sandwich, and I asked if it was that ours. No, it is not your number. I sat down, and my husband waited for the food. I saw the employee running around with the same box and two others, and I asked again. No, not yours....well, in the end, it was our food... The chicken was, of course, cool by then. The fries were soggy. The worst was the bun - it was ICE cold as if it came straight out of the freezer... I am glad we used out comp. If I had spent money, I would...
