Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in West Memphis

I loved the aesthetics of the bar and it was a good idea putting it in the casino. Food was okay....it was hot when brought out to our table and didn't taste half bad. Prices are average as well for what they are serving. It is comparable to applebees. The server was nice but at the end, she dissapeared for 45 minutes making us wait to pay our bill and leave. When asking the bartender if we could just pay our bill elsewhere because we didn't want to wait any longer (20 minutes in at this point) he said, "no you have to wait for your server." So had to wait 20 minutes longer for her to show up and actually get us our bill and cash us out. If it wasnt for the terrible service I would have given it 4 stars. I have never had a pleasant experience in the past with this restaurant. The 1st time I ate there my chicken sandwich wasn’t done at all. It was still light pink in the center and really slimy which caused both me and my boyfriend, he ate some of it too, to get sick later. Gave the place the benefit of the doubt and went back for a do over but this time we the staff wouldn’t acknowledge me one bit and I was sitting right in the middle of the bar in front of the bartenders and still couldn’t really get service. We went due to a friend having free food credit on their Lucky North Players club card, their food is absolutely 5/5. Service, though is like a 3/5. They seemed to be short-handed though or someone is new because there was only 2 people manning up front and they didn't quite to seem to have it all together this evening. One didn't know what the other person was doing and then the first person had to tell the 2nd person what she was doing and then telling the 2nd person what to do instead of trying to help 1st person finish what they were doing. Anyways, they just didn't have it together tonight for some reason. Hopefully, it's not...
