Pooja is an amazing, attentive and intuitive Yoga instructor who adapts every pose to work for everyone in the room. I have been attending the Virtual class for a month now and it's had a tremendous impact on my overall well-being.
Poojaâs classes are really something special..Each class is energising yet totally calming and there's always something new to learn. She always ensures that I am properly doing each/every pose and that I get the maximum out of the class.
The classes are also long enough to really feel the benefits of stretching, relaxing, engaging and letting go. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

The location is great, smaller studio allows for more 1:1 interactions, and Pooja really focuses on assessing you and proving clear directions to meet your needs. She made sure to observe the way I was doing the postures and was correcting the technique when needed and gave me a great option or modification to work at when my body wasnât ready for the full extension- by the end of the class I was doing much better.
