Never. Again. AC unit literally sounded like a small generator running inside the room. (I wish I could upload a video, but I’ll gladly send it to corporate if you read this.) No repair person or manager on duty for the entire weekend. I asked for a different room and was told the hotel was “completely booked” and there were no other rooms to move into. I asked to close out and check out early because I did not want to spend another night there. (I was going to book a room at the hotel next door.) After I said that they were ✨magically✨ able to find two rooms whose bookings were cancelled (within the five minutes that I was standing at the front desk, apparently). I asked to see the room before moving all my stuff because I didn’t want to have the same problem. As soon as I opened the door to the other room, I noticed that the room smelled excessively like mold. (My guess is that it was left empty for that reason.) I didn’t even bother to check the other room. If they’re willing to rent out a moldy room, I’m done. I asked if there was a repair person on duty. No. I asked if there was a manager on duty. No. I asked to check out a refund. No. (I paid with my debit card at check in, another mistake.) This was my first and last time at this hotel. To add insult to injury, the bed was uncomfortable. (It was just mattress with no box spring 😫). There were questionable stains in the shower that looked like mold. (Photos attached.) Also, the included breakfast? Ha! I went down at 8:00 am and was told that there was nothing left and they would not replenish anything. (I asked another guest and was told they put out oatmeal and muffins.) What’s crazy is that this place has decent reviews. I don’t understand. Is there new management? Are they deleting negative reviews? FYI: The hotel next door was similarly priced. I’d recommend going there instead.

Stay away , First I would like to say the clerk was very nice so I don’t want my review to affect the service she gave me . HOWEVER ! This is not a hotel you bring your family to . After a 11 hour drive from NC I thought I was coming to the Hotel these prior reviews talked about, Boy was I tricked . The whole hotel is Dirty. We only came to stay a night before we continued our journey into Miami the next morning . We got there and immediately noticed sketchy characters in the parking lot . Got past the first stage of mortal combat to make it in the room . My kids immediately put their stuff down and changed for the “pool”. Omg The pool looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since the hotel was built . So we say forget it we will just chill in the room until we leave early . Pulled the pullout bed , no sheet and a mattress that looked like they were raising pit bulls on it . At this point it’s late so me my husband and children pile on one queen bed and literally had to use the blankets out our car just to make it through the night. As the night progress in the parking lot if you gaze from the window you can watch a live episode of crackheads gone wild …We also had a couple of visitors that did not help us pay (roaches).Long story short don’t waste your money here please

No Service provided. They don’t clean rooms every other day, they don’t clean rooms once a week. They don’t clean rooms after you leave. Check in you’ll find the beds made and that’s the only time they take the trash out. The carpet so dirty if you walk on it before you shower the dirt from your feet runs black as soon as they get wet. Room has a slight urine smell. The kitchen has a leak. The people who work here are lazy and expect the client to take out the trash to the dumpster. Name one hotel that makes the guests take trash to the dumpster. Then they posted a sign for fire hazard with a $10.00 fine if you bag trash outside the door. What’s a bigger hazard a 10 gallon bag of trash or a 55 gallon bag of towels and a maids cart in the hallway. Do your job! Stop harassing your guests. If you’re looking for a slum hotel ran by lazy and rude employees who think they can fine you for helping them do their job, Extended Stay West Palm Beach! I’ll gladly pay the $10.00 for leaving your trash messages in the hallway!

This property is little gem right in the middle of West Palm Beach ... Hands down one of the nicest Extended Stays in all of South Florida for sure from top to bottom this hotel rocks and it has sum ROCKSTARS On staff!

Sarah and Wislene @ the front desk are always so welcoming and friendly, on the other hand you don't even know if they're is a desk staff sometimes , it's a small staff that keeps this VERY WELL OILED MACHINE RUNNING AS OFFICIALLY AND PERFECTLY AS IT DOES SO, the staff is often busy behind the scenes and out of sight from the guests comings and going, which I tend to like not feeling like I'm in a hotel or motel Southern or having to always stop and talk with the person at the front door or the desk,

Don't get me wrong they're only a little bell chime away 2 handle any of your needs wants or issues. This place is like a for real home away from home with all the amenities you want , they have a nice pool with really nice comfortable lounge chairs and tables to hang out at along with a nice gas grill and utensils for your grilling enthusiast..

If you need something this staff is there for u and what ever u might need Sara and or Wislene at the front desk will get it done 4 u. And don't let forget about the GM Trent he is a wonderful GM it takes a lot of pride in his property and it definitely shows through his staff and just quality of the hotel itself from the grounds to the rooms Trent is a model of what Hospitality management should employ and or train after him. I must say I've traveled the world stayed at many hotels meet lots of desk staff management and housekeeping around the world these two one for ladies are absolutely the gold standard and hands down some of the nicest genuine front desk staff I have the pleasure of meeting and staying with Bravo ladies.. and if not you're just on your way with a wave and smile from them.. the rooms are especially nice full kitchens, I stayed in both their standard type studio3 and their one bedroom suite which is extremely large private and accommodating plus having a dishwasher and not sweet is nice . Also the general manager is very Hands-On Trent had an issue with a personal family problem he worked with me was very accommodating and understanding, I had a minor AC issue Trent came up 2 suite himself and handled. He's very hands on manager I found him fun to talk with about current events in the hotel industry he seems to run a a tight shift and has a good stuff around him enjoy this hotel very much I recommend it...

I am someone who never complains. I have never written a review in my life. But I need to say… Management is absolutely terrible!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! When I checked into my room the tub was dirty with brown spots (so gross), one of the towels had blood on it…, the phone in my room was never able to connect me to the front desk, and my kitchen stove didn’t work at all! I specifically booked a room at this hotel for the kitchen because I needed to attend a 4 day event that consisted of me being there for over 12 hours each day. I had no time to go out to eat and pick up food. I purchased groceries so I could use the kitchen and make all my meals. I wasn’t able to cook one thing my entire stay. I booked a room there specifically for the kitchen and they gave me a broken one. I asked for a different room and they told me they had nothing else available. These are things they need to check before their guests arrive. Or else I would of booked a cheaper hotel somewhere else without a kitchen. I spoke to the front desk and they told me they were going to speak to the manager, check the kitchen in the room, and then authorize my refund. I haven't heard anything from anyone yet. I called asking for the manager and he or she wasn’t there, I emailed them twice and they continue to ignore me. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE! Go stay at the Marriott across the street. I wish I did.

UPDATE: I love how management wrote back to my review and said "Nat, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take these matters very seriously and will take the necessary actions to ensure this is properly addressed. Sincerely, Hotel Management"... But in reality NOTHING was taken care of. Nothing was addressed. No one has ever gotten back to me. They just wrote that to make themselves look good. Lol What a joke! This place is honestly disgusting....
