I'm disgusted by the way the first 2 girls that do lashes acted the funny part is one was mad I stopped seeing her and she told the other girl false information great way to stop your money anyways the first chair the lady a day before my photo shoot did my eyebrows and she ripped my skin off I took pictures because she told me it was the wax still on there no it was my skin so of course I stopped seeing her the girl on chair 2 next to her did my lashes on Friday may 31,2024 I like 55 minutes away and 3 hours after seeing her my lashes fall off 🙄 no I didn't wet them I didnt do anything I haven't been doing for years so the next day June 1,2024 I go back and showed her the lashes she told me to wait she took 2 clients then came to me and took the lashes that fell off my hand and started pulling the lashes apart so I said hey I come from port st.lucie please don't reuse them because it has glue and it will fall off again she proceeded to start yelling at me in front of customers saying it was my fault it take long time to dry and that I had no lashes of my own to hold the strip lashes I have been doing my lashes for over 10 years never was told it was my fault why they would fall but my lashes never fell after just a few hours I told her she then proceeded to yell and say the girl in the first chair told her about me WHAT! The amount of money I spent going there and on ya service plus tip this is what I get.. I told her you shouldn't listen to others she's mad because I don't see her no more for taking my skin off on a eyebrow wax she then says she seen me go there for a year and it was come off before I said never in a few hours and yes the corners peel off so I come to get it fixed but I always tip I told her I live on port st.Luci's it's a 2 hour drive back and fourth so this isn't kool she then saids oh you drive too slow I go back and fourth from there in 45 minutes mind you port st.Luci's is really big and I am 54 minutes away not 45 I then decided to just stop arguing with ignorance I said don't worry I will look in my area for service she said yea you should ppl say we cheaper in my head I'm like I pay very well money isn't the issue it's your mindset and your attitude she put on the same lashes which is unsanitary and walked away on my way out I spoke to the owner and told him I will be reporting the shop I have video of today incident and Tallahassee will be notified ! And the health department with proof of pictures and videos .. very unprofessional both those First Ladies are .. I also used my google translator and they talk awful on EVERYONE mind...

My guest and I arrived together a few hours before closing unbeknownst to us we asked for new gen dip powder and pedicures first her them myself. They did not want to want to soak off my dip properly being that takes longer than the half way job they tried to do only getting off half the color i arrived with scrubbing roughly and quickly. It was the worse not to mention my thumb nail was uneven on an angle. One would assume with all the filing the young girl did on my nail she would perfectly evened each one out. They rushed her over to the seat for a pedicure first but it took so long that it was closing time and then refused to listen to her talking quickly when she said she only came for a new gen dip but decided to get a pedicure also she would rather have gotten her nails done instead had we been mase aware of the closing time at arrival instead of towards the end of our first service. My fingers were littered with nail color all around my cuticles and underneath my nails. It was quite messy but the color itself was gorgeous i must. My sat down to have a deluxe Pedi done as i normally would've had we been in Miami. It should include a light exfoliator and a couple other creams with the heated wax and massage and or hot towels. Its magical you have got to have this treatment its heaven on earth and i find that makes me feet look and feel AMMMMAAAZZZING! Anyhow this was great my pedicure went as expected the guy was thorough and gentler than the young girl who halfway dipped my nails. My heated wax and towel were great to relax my calves and feet. I don't like that they refused to allow me to have the dip on my toes to match the pretty color so my feet are a noticeably different shade of red rather than pink. What a disappointment. They said they don't do that. However the manager did file my jacked up thumb back evenly and he tried to be polite to me though he was rude to my guest who happens...

This place is a hit or miss. First it’s not fancy. It’s one of those places you go to for “stylish nails” but not to relax.

My 1st visit I wanted to treat my mother to a pedicure. The older man who did mine was fine. The older women who did my mothers was rude, rushed & wanted to charge $10 more bc I wanted to use 2 colors (not design just 2 different colors).

2nd visit Peter did my full set. It was amazing! It was perfect I was so happy. If I ever went back it wld be only to him.

3rd visit was the worst & my last! I literally showed the young lady the picture I found on their IG page & asked her to do that. An ombré fill with a polish change. Since the design was in their IG & done by Peter I assumed everyone in the shop cld do the same. NOPE! 🙅🏾‍♀️instead she decided to do a full set, added extra EXTRA Rhinestones(I didn’t ask for) and made them longer than what I asked. She picked at my original set so much one of my cuticles started to bleed. And when she started to use the drill it burned! 😱🤦🏾‍♀️. So obviously 🙄 I ended up paying a lot more than what I intended. She rushed me out the shop so fast that although I decided to tip her she didn’t give me an opportunity to. AND I ended up cutting them after about a week and a half bcuz they were so long they got in the way and I smashed them against...
