Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Sacramento

I called in at 5:40pm to place an order that I needed ready by 6:15pm. I came in to pick up my order and had to wait until 6:55pm to receive my purchase. The lady in front of me was rung up for the wrong items and had to wait an extra 45 minutes because the cashier forgot to add a pizza to the order.

So, a recap: I placed my order over the phone at 5:40pm and asked for it to be ready by 6:15pm. It was not ready until 6:50pm. I had places to be and was late because my order took over an hour.

What is going on?? I’m pretty sure the guy at the register was either new or in training, so where was a manager to properly assist him? I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of coordination, and customer service I received today. I will not be returning to this location and am so upset with my experience.

Do not go to this location, unless you want your time to be wasted with terrible service.

The guy at the register did offer a free soda (which I appreciate), but it didn’t change the fact that my food was almost 40 minutes late and it took the kitchen over an hour to make a subpar looking pizza.

Get place to stop n get a fast lunch or quick dinner. Staff is very pleasant and know to always ask u if u want crazy bread after every sentence to make sure u were asked n not forget to order 😉 . Like many already made places the pizza can vary in freshness however that's the deal hot n ready it will be hot but it's a 50 /50 it will be fresh n hot. That's just the name of the game when ordering fast food. However I like to call in advance before I get there so I can have mine hot n ready! The new pizza cheese bread is my favorite next to the pizza puffs which i had no idea existed.( until one day a man sitting outside asked if i could get him some that they r only 3 dollars!) So after checking out the new menue for me since I haven't been here in a min I was super happy and surprised to get a great deal on some fresh pizza. I waited just about 10 mins to get my fresh order and was so pleased I started going once a week on Wed. Definitely recommended for a quick stop dinner. For it worked perfectly...

So, I went to purchase cheesy bread for my lunch and there was an unhoused woman there she also purchased something she was in a wheel chair and needed help so I helped her because we all need up with something. And to my surprise the employees there were so nasty to her. Especially the little Mexican lad. He was looking at her with discuss on his face. I was like wow!!! To the point I had to say something to him because the lady was not rude, loud or disrespectful. I also asked to purchase some sauce. so I did, I waited for the your lady to put it in my bag, she looked me up and down and said you need something. I said yes, girl my paid for sauce. She was like oh, oh kinda laughed and give my item apologize and I moved on. This was a sad day of service. Honey's treat people as you would unto yourself. Little Caesars do better please....
