West cost on Arden way, sad to say having to return back this next Monday for the 3rd time. First time was great, was sold a Pioneer 1550 NEX. Was told after it was installed they show me how to use it. As much as i would of loved to say it was great, sad to say it was not. After they installed it, I was helped to connect Bluetooth, however they did not help me with showing me how to remove clock from showing up, had to step up and lookup how to use on YouTube. During the install tech had not come out to ask me if i want the {USB)car-play cord on the passenger or driver side! Or tell me they could not connect my rear camera, or car gauges,such as tire pressure.
After about three days got into my car and had no power going to my Pioneer car stereo . Figure i get two things done, So i had to make an appointment and this time i had to ask them to move USB car play cord to the driver side after they find out why i have no power! When i brought it in 2nd time got no apologies and felt like they felt i was a client that made problems! After they moved it and checked cords in back they said nothing seemed to be lose and all should be good. (They Good not find any problems)So seems they could not find what the problem was! Eight days later now have two issues.
When i put it in reverse or drive I lose sound with all my speakers except for the right front passenger side in door! And yesterday again lost power with the whole unit, had to turn off car and then start it back up to which made the stereo power back on and all speakers working. Note this does not happen every-time, and each time it does i have to turn car off and restart my car! With speaker issues it is a matter of just putting car in reverse or drive a few time for all speakers to work normally. Placed a phone call Friday July 12.2019 and said something must be wired wrong now two issues, asked Mike the manager when i can bring it back in, he said Monday 15th at 10am. Means i have to take time off work once again. And i am pretty sure i will get no apology!
This Monday July 15th i like them to get a tech that has more experience in installations of highlander! If it happens ones again after Monday i will request another stereo, thinking this could be a lemon. That is if i am able to get a great technician!

   Read moreI went there on a Saturday with my own drop in upgrade speakers. I had researched exactly what speakers that were compatible to my Mark Levinson audio system. I has 2 major audio places recommend the exact speakers that have already been installed on other vehicles with no issues. Mine were installed I was told it would only take 2 hours I showed up at 9am I did not get a call to pick up my car till 3:30 wow but things happen I asked what he would charge me to install my powered sub that day he told me 120. I came back for car it sounded ok then I drove it for an hour to test out speakers noticed the front doors at higher volumes made crackled sounds so I pulled over put my head near front doors and sure enough front speakers weren’t fully functional I called no answer left voicemail no call back so I drove over there after work on Monday and told Steven I called asked if I called shop line I said yes he told me he doesn’t have access to that voicemail I thought that’s odd a stand up company that can’t check there own voicemail box I then told him my problems he told me that it was cause there coaxial speakers going to component system first if that was the real reason I should have gotten a call the day my car was there 6hrs to install 4 speakers and had been told being that I paid 170 dollars to install them it should have been done right but nope that would mean it would require actual customer service which I never got then just to see what kind of person he was I asked again about the price of installation on my powered sub he said because your a returning customer I will only charge you 150 boom there is the lie I was looking for so Saturday it was 120 that day it was 150 and my 2 door speakers never got corrected also Crutchfield and sonic audio have installed same speakers on same model vehicle with no issues fully functional drop in kicker after market upgrade speakers designed for my specific needs if you want it done right do not go to this shop.

Knowing the bar that 3M sets for their products, I anticipated it would be a well run shop and still, I was blown away by how well the tint turned out and how knowledgeable Logan, the employee who assisted me, was regarding tinting options, audio products and security systems. There was a comfortable waiting area in the shop which gave me the chance to see how West Coast Audio & Tint treats other customers. A few people came into the shop while I was waiting, looking for various audio builds and tint jobs, and in my eyes Logan gave them all very honest and reasonable recommendations. The brands on display as well as the brands a shop doesn't carry says a lot about their workmanship. There's products and options for just about any budget in the shop and they're all from reputable high quality brands. There's no misleading sales tactics or that sort of thing, if you go in with a budget and goal it seems like Logan and the rest of the staff will be able to offer you close to the best value. If you're just interested in clapping out a car there may be better options for you, but if you want high quality work from honest people this is the place. I paid a bit under $300 for 3M Crystalline on the 2 front windows and a 4" windshield visor strip, all together it took 1.5 hours from walking into the shop until my keys were back in hand which is impressive seeing as I didn't so much as call ahead.
