From the moment I stepped into the the Silver Sands Motel, I knew I was in for a treat. This charming establishment exceeded all my expectations, providing an outstanding experience that blended comfort, cleanliness, and a delightful ambiance.

The first thing that struck me was the impeccable cleanliness of the place. Every corner of the motel was spotless, reflecting their high standards of hygiene and care. The room I stayed in was not just clean but also adorably furnished, with cozy touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

But what truly set this motel apart was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. They were always on hand to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, adding a personal touch that is often missing.

This was a quick overnight stay for me. BUT I will 100% be back. As a matter-o-fact I have already let my buddy know that the next time she visits me we will be taking a side trip to Westport and we will be staying at the Silver Sands Motel. It’s clear that Silver Sands brought an older motel back to life w/a much needed face lift. The lobby was super cute and staff ultra-friendly. The rooms were very boutique-ish, welcoming and spotless. Smelled wonderful, too. I appreciated the décor. It almost felt like you were staying in some one’s guest room. The amenities were plentiful (fridge, microwave, Roku TV) even the coffee tasted good. Parking was ample, the lot was well lit and provided easy in/out access. The only CON I can think of was the lack of a dead bolt on the door. I would have felt a tad more secure with this feature. Check in/out was a breeze. I love a self-check-in. I asked for an early check-in, and my request was granted. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my room was. The overall decor was nice and inviting. The motel provides everything you need. One thing I noticed and appreciated, which is probably an oversight to most, is the size of the garbage cans. Most motels' garbage cans are too small, so your garbage is overflowing. It was nice to have a garbage can in both the main room and bathroom that was big enough to hold all my garbage without overflowing. Also, having a mini fridge with an actual freezer is convenient. On my first night, the hotel was booked, and it was still quiet. I did not hear my neighbors or their TVs. The only thing that could be helpful is having staff in the office. I went to the office twice, and the door was locked during office hours. I was able to communicate via text, but it would be nice to have someone available for questions, concerns, etc. I am looking forward to a...
