Attractive facility ruined by dirt, unhelpful and deceitful staff, and complete absence of housekeeping. WEEDS INSTEAD OF LANDSCAPING. When you drive up to this Americinn, you get a good picture of what the Wyndham chain appears to be all about: profit above all, without any thoughts of customer service. WELL-APPOINTED LODGINGS DEBASED BY DIRT. What you used to get with Americinns was predictable: a homey, warm, decent mid-level hotel. No elevator, just a staircase arising from the "great room" with fireplace and overstuffed chairs. This hotel had been built and appointed decently, but the attractive and fairly new carpeting looked as though it had never been vacuumed. Dirty and stained. Thin towels, dirty remote, etc. LYING STAFF. I made a 6-day reservation online (to be paid in advance) because the hotel is "pet friendly." Before paying, I called and checked with the desk clerk, saying I have a dog and a cat. She confirmed they are "pet friendly." But only after I checked in to my room, she called me to the front desk and said I needed to sign the "Pet Policy," and pay a fee of $25 per day per pet. I said I would then need to cancel the reservation and stay elsewhere; I couldn't afford that fee. She said ok, she would waive it, but I needed to sign. I struck the paragraph saying I would pay, and signed in agreement to the other terms. My credit card was charged $300 after I checked out (these charges were not on my folio). I did not in the event have both pets at the hotel at any time. The cat was there for 1night; the dog for 4. They were so unaware of their presence, I'm not sure what a fee would be for. ABSENCE OF HOUSEKEEPING. When I told the front desk on my second day that we would be out of the room for housekeeping, they told me they only do housekeeping when a guest checks out. If I needed towels or sheets, I could get them from the front desk. If I needed trash disposed of, I could bring it to the front desk. And that's what happened. BREAKFAST. Toast and instant oatmeal, etc. I drank the coffee. MORAL OF THE STORY: Never again. Photo is of towels left in front of my door by people in next room. They remained there for 18+ hours.

This is what we experienced upon arrival, lights did not work the room stank the bed had stains it was not vacuumed or wiped down the bathroom was incredibly dirty(obviously) the mirror on the wall was duct taped the on wall thermostat did not work the whirlpool had nail polish looking red stains(my fiance and i got the whirlpool king suite) i attempted to call the desk but the phone did not work so i went to the front desk, after not being able to find the gentleman that checked me in i had to find him outside smoking, asked for him to come to the room i was obviously mad and he said let me finish my cigarette, okay fine he checked the room(he acknowledged i called but apparently didnt feel like doing anything about it)just said wow and moved us to a new room and apologized for the inconvenience, a water pump or something was running very loudly almost all night and the water would not get hot just warmish. Had complications with breakfast due to covid, i contacted CS and after 10 tens of emailing back and forth i received 3,000 membership points. Im not happy with this at all, it ruined a once in a lifetime moment. Save your money or try a different location.

It's tucked away, right next to the hwy, but not accessible from the hwy. Slightly run down. My bed was super firm, too firm for my liking. The phone looked like and functions like the original owner put in. When i tried to call the front desk, it connected on the servos try but was so staticy I couldn't hear them or they me. When i told the front desk, they just sorta looked at me like i was crazy lol i told them they might want to look into replacing it. Had the jacuzzi suite, the jacuzzi's drain handle was broken with sharp edges. It's still functional but seems like a simple fix that could prevent a pretty serious injury. Outside my widow, there's a big empty field and a blue tarp right next to the building, outside the windows. From the outside, it seems more rundown than it is. The fake plants outside and inside don't help. It can't be hard to water and maintain some real ones. Also, it seems as if they maybe forgot to pay the garbage bill... lots of trash and pallets on the side of the building, adds to the rundown look of things. Overall, it was decent. The staff were very nice

This is your warning to NOT book here. Truly, this is the worst. See pictures included. This is for room 207, but I imagine this is for many rooms at this hotel.

If I could make 0 stars, I would. We had reservations from 7/18-7/21 for a family funeral. While my mother and I booked a double queen room to share, she did not sleep in the hotel with me the first night (7/18). Upon sleeping in the room by myself the first night (7/18), I initially found that the room smelled like cigarette smoke. This was a surprise to me because there was no smoking noted on the paperwork we had signed with the hotel. I also noticed many areas with previous damage, including mold and cigarette burns on the bathtub (please see pictures included). Additionally, the shower had standing water that would not drain properly. I was so exhausted from the funeral planning and decided to just go to sleep. In the morning, I spoke with the manager, Mike Patel. I let him know about the shower, lack of towels (only 2 bath towels provided for a double queen) and one specific yellow stain on the wall (note: there are many mystery stains). I asked for a different room. He said he didn't have any rooms but would ask housekeeping to fix the shower and provide more towels. I was gone the whole day at the funeral. Upon returning today (7/19), the room was untouched. I tested the shower, which still had standing water. I returned to the front desk and reported that the issues reported earlier were not resolved. The front desk attendant did not apologize but stated she would text the manager. She told me there was no other rooms available. She also said she would ask housekeeping to come up and fix the shower. She did provide more towels but that was it. Upon waiting for some time, nobody came to the room to help and there was no update. My mother than pulled the sheets back on the bed that was unused (by us) since she didn't stay the night before. There were curly black hairs on the bedsheets. She then went to the front desk (again) to report the problem. She also asked about the help with the shower and if there were any other rooms available (which we were told there were none). She was also told no refunds could be issued unless the manager would issue it. She accused my mom of using the bed the night before and that the hairs on the bed were hers, which did not happen. She also said this was our first complaint, which is also not true. My mom and I were so grossed out and disappointed by these issues that we left the hotel and booked with another. We plan to return on 7/20 to speak with the manager (Mike Patel... again). This hotel is truly awful and disgusting (note: semen and other mystery stains on many surfaces). This hotel needs to be repaired as it is also unsafe (note: black mold). I plan to update this once we speak with manager again. Please see...

Go elsewhere! I chose this hotel because it stated 4.5 out of 5 stars on the Wyndham rewards app. This hotel is 2.5 stars at best. We (3 of us in a 2 bed room) arrived & room had 2 towels available, slight unpleasant odor & standing water in tub. I called front desk & gentleman came up with new keys to a different room. After moving our luggage he asked if the new room was ok. I did ask for more towels(still only 2 towels offered) & mentioned that the new room smelled fresh. He comments "that room was cleaned today." So, the first room wasn't cleaned that day? The sheets on 1 bed had a dime size hole in it that looked like it had been there for some time. The towels were clean but well used & thin & the microwave was missing the rotating plate. We stayed 4 nights but every day we had to take our dirty towels to the housekeepers cart and get more towels. The female housekeeper was pleasant but the male housekeeper seemed annoyed by me asking for fresh towels. We'd leave about 10am most days and not come back until after 9pm. Not once did we come back to a freshly cleaned & restocked room. I did notice that someone did come into our room while we were gone because I kept the fan on constantly but when we'd come back it was turned off. The bathtubs in both rooms had cigarette stains on the edge of them. The breakfast was acceptable with a few options. They do offer laundry facilities for 3.50 per load but the washer is tiny. I stayed at this same hotel 2 years ago & didn't realize it was the same hotel from back then until we were in the neighborhood. It was too late to cancel and most hotels in the area were booked or charged close to 200 a night so we were desperate. Back then I had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to ac broke in the 1st, I came back to my room the second night & it smelled like someone had smoked marijuana in my room while I was gone. The beds are very uncomfortable and pillows offer no support at all. I've stayed in Super 8s that were better...
