I was treated so horribly by the Manager on Duty. There was an issue that needed attention. I asked an employee if if she was a Manager and she said, "Yes." I then asked her if she was the General Manager and she said "No." I asked for the corporate phone number to lodge a complaint and she said, " Get it online." She had no name tag and I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name. She then threatened to call the police. I asked her, "What for?" She told me I was being hostile. Apparently, if you want to talk to someone above her pay grade you are now hostile. I denied being hostile and informed that on the contrary she was being hostile. It was obvious that the other employees were embarrassed of their Supervisor because I asked them if I was being hostile and they all put their heads down in shame and all of the sudden appeared to be "working."
Needless to say I found the corporate number online and lodged a complaint. I received the "company line" and that this store was a franchise and they "can do what they want." I was shocked! I wasn't treated much better by corporate. To date I have heard nothing from anyone. I live close to this store and have been there many times, however, never again!!!
I'd highly recommend bypassing this Burger King and get your Whopper craving somewhere else. If this "star scale" rating on here gave the option for a minus rating, then -100 stars would not be out of line. I had an appalling experience. My son works at McDonald's as a shift Manager. If they get 3 calls to corporate in a month all of the Managers lose part of their monthly bonus. Obviously, Burger King doesn't have such a policy.

When we got there, they informed us that their location does not accept orders on the mobile app to which we proceed to tell them that if that is the case they should make sure that THEIR app reflects that. We also proceed to inform them that we had already paid on the mobile app and requested to speak with a manager who upon finding out we placed an order with the wrong location LAUGHED IN OUR FACE. As a professional and I dare say a manager running a fast food chain, his behavior in handling customer service falls far and short of a manager. Burger King, please make sure to train your employees to have proper customer service. During the week usually the manager is a woman and is competent and nice but whoever is the weekend shift lead needs to be taken off STAT. Like at this point just give the position to the cashier who seems to actually know how to do their job. Multiple times I’ve come here on the weekend and it’s always a problem which shouldn’t be the case because I have a mobile order. The three times I’ve gone on the weekend he has had me waiting over 30 mins for food just to get home and see that it’s been made incorrectly, couldn’t figure out how to Ring up food correctly and said that’s a burger that is in fact available on the app specifically for breakfast and that I’ve ordered in person before isn’t possible purchase, and now has once again had me waiting for a mobile order and made the food wrong.
