The place was super easy to find. The gps does well with finding the place and also parking is accessible. When entering into the salon is super clean also i saw a few products as well. It was super nice.

This is the part that I am impressed: Just a bit of my experience in other places. I’ve gone to a few places to get my eye brows done. I’ve had the “you don’t have enough hair” or one time I got one eyebrow up and the other one down and that looked weird and bad. Or I will get out of one place and feel very unsure about my eyebrows and I am not a picky person.

I made the appointment with Sparkle and I put some notes and she actually looked at the notes. That was really nice! She is really nice as well and made sure that my eyebrows did not looked funky. I was very impressed. I even said to her “I have eyebrows!!”. I didn’t took pictures because I forgot 🤦‍♀️😩. But it was a great experience.

I recently got my eyelashes done here, and it wasn't what I expected. I asked for a cat-eye look but ended up with classic/basic lashes instead of the more made up look I paid extra for. When I mentioned that the right eyelash looked like it was falling off, the technician said, "That's how they are supposed to look, but I can remove it if it bothers you." She even asked if she should remove the other eye's lashes too "if it bothered me", which didn't seem like the correct response to my concern. I just said it was fine to leave it. After just one day, there's already a gap in the middle of my left eye. Overall, it doesn't seem like I got what I asked for, and the quality isn't great for paying over $200. Additionally, everything felt rush, even paying felt rush, she didn't even wait till I finished my transaction, she just left and closed her door while the other tech helped me. Will not be...

The beautiful Sparkle gave me my first lash lift & tint n it was definitely everything I hoped it would be. Even more! Haha I have been curling my eyelashes consistently every single day n I decided a lash lift would be better n not rip my eyelashes out in the process. I absolutely love how they turned out, the experience was amazing her customer service was 10/10. I was so relaxed I pretty much fell asleep! The ambiance is gorgeous, it smelled amazing in there & overall was just so relaxing. I can't wait to go back again! I would definitely recommend looking into their services. They are taking the eco friendly route with pretty much everything in their shop n I adore that! I will be recommending everyone I love to come here for sure! Thank you for everything...
