My wife and I got married in August, I wanted to express how amazing my experience was with this company. From first contact to wedding day they excelled in communication, professionalism and the simple fact they don't treat you like every other vendor does. Most places are all about just making a profit, this company is about making you feel like someone special on such an important day. I would recommend this company over any other catering company any day of the week. We got the privilege of working with Lisa (the owner) as our point of contact for the company, and the two bartenders we had on site were beyond our expectations, they were very knowledgeable with drinks, had a very great upbeat personable attitude and they really made the experience great! We utilized Stonehouse for our caterer for our wedding in June. Prior to booking, communication was an issue. Lisa, the owner, voiced that they were going through staff transitions and we would be communicating with her directly moving forward. Our tasting was amazing and we thought communication would improve. This was not the case. There were many emails that went unanswered or needed to be sent twice before a reply was received during the wedding planning process.

There were many things that were discussed and promised but not delivered on our wedding day. We had no tortilla chips on our taco bar and there were no staff serving the buffet as discussed and paid for to name just a few.

Stonehouse was one of the recommended vendors through our wedding venue and we were really happy that we chose them for our big day! Lisa was great to work with and we had a lot of fun at our tasting in their space. On our wedding day they provided cocktail hour appetizers, plated dinner service, and late night pizza. They even went above and beyond with setting out our dessert table despite not ordering our dessert through them.
