Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wickenburg

The employees are not polite at all. When u walk through the door u are not greeted along with the fact u will be harassed for your form of payment either card or cash while they are prepared to shut u down that way I am sure. Well I was not there for food. I was hired and fired the same week because I was told to be there on Wednesday for my schedule, but the manager was not there. When I spoke up and informed them I was there for the schedule and not food then they were very rude in letting me know while they pulled a schedule out that I was not on there. Also she told me the manager would be in later maybe but he was at another store. The manager Dominic did not call me. I ended up calling him. On Thursday and he went right into accusing me of being wrong about the day he told me to go in. Which was Tuesday he claims. But never called me. Then he proceeded to tell me how HIS manager whom I spoke to when I came in said that I was not nice and that he is not going to extend the job offer. Wow. Just trying to get the schedule after being hired. After I explained to him that I was not even greeted when I came into taco bell correctly and also that he did tell me Wednesday. I guess he cannot ever be wrong. So I can imagine that the service here is lacking and I would not recommend eating nor working at a place where they are asking your form of payment while u are walking through the door. Along with the fact he he hung up on me afterwards because I did not agree with him. I instead of fixing a obviously miscommunication and actually doing a managers job. Wonder why he has to work two stores.. but claims he worked for taco bell for 6 years but cannot contact correctly Also hangs up on people..hmmm maybe because nobody wants to be as round the employees with bad attitudes not around anybody who pushes new employees around that are walking right through the door. Wow and u were looking and in need of future management/night employees and u claim that they do not do what they are supposed to do. Wonder why? Does anybody even get to be heard or just hung up on when they had to reach out to u a Manager or do they just get the run around also? Thumbs down and I'm calling reginal office/corporate to speak with his supervisor as well. I would not recommend at all to anybody for type of food or environment relaxation while eating. They just want u out the door and also to waste...

Stopped here after getting my daughter from her grandparents, hungry and happy because we both love Taco Bell. The employees working the drive thru on 1/5/25 at 10:20am were horrible. I was greeted quickly and asked nicely for a moment. As i was confirming my daughter’s order with her one of the employees yelled something i couldn’t make it out but figured it was just an accident. I then get. “ are you ready” with a British accent. I start my order dealing with the now multiple accents relaying it back, but incorrectly. I asked if they had root-beer and get “ ya we have beer” i thought maybe she didn’t hear me, again trying to give the benefit and again i get ya we have beer. Seemed everything i ordered they were intentionally trying to mess up and make obnoxious. I told my daughter sorry that we weren’t getting Taco Bell and took our business to burger king. We HATE Burger King, but at least we didn’t have to deal with child like staff or worry about our food being tampered with. Get more mature employees. I feel bad for the owner who knows how much money they’ve lost due to these...

I just left the taco bell and my order was completely wrong. I ordered for my son Two burritos which I said exactly " Just put the chicken in a tortilla and roll it up, plain." The cashier repeated to me more than once that it was just chicken no sauce or anythingor cheese. To which I replied "no." The man even charged me $2.29 plus another dollar for the chicken costing extra, so $3.29 for each burrito. I get home and find that my sob does not want his because not only did it have sauce but it also had cheese on it. To Top it all off ...I waited for close to 20 minutes just to get my order and I was the only one inside and all I ordered besides that was a couple of crunchy tacos , a nachos Bel grande, which was soggy, and the beans were cold , and a mini chicken quesadilla. I don't expect a lot when I get fast food...but it cost me almost $18 for dinner and my daughter , who got the crunchy tacos ..was the only one who ate it. I gave it one star and I believe it was quite generous of me to Raye...
