While returning home to Texas from Spring Break on March 18th 2022, our family van was accidentally side swiped by an 18 wheeler in the traffic circle just up the road from the dealership. Police pulled us into the dealership lot to exchange info. (Other driver was great and Police were responsive and polite). Damage to van involved the passenger front door/fender/drive train and I thought we were stuck in AZ for a while…
What happened next was amazing. It was late on a Friday afternoon, yet the Service Manager pulled our Toyota Van up on the lift to have a look for us. Strut and ball joints were destroyed and it was not drivable. More inspection after tear down would indicate if repair was possible. Doh!!! Immediately their team went to work searching all over AZ for parts to get us back on the road. (More on this later). In the meantime, Brian’s sales team started to show us options for a possible replacement vehicle in case our van was essentially “totaled”. A couple of options may have given us the ability to get back to Texas and get kids back to school and me back to work. At this point it was getting late and we were needing to come back in the morning to figure out what kind of mess we were in. Brian’s team gave us a great deal on a rental to get our family of six out to a local hotel. They also recommended a great local restaurant. (Cowboy Cookin’ is awesome as well.) Brian himself was there before closing and greeted us and visited for a bit. He said we could also check his availability at his Casa Grande location if nothing was available on his lot in Wickenberg. He was very understanding of our situation and just wanted to help get us back home. He’s good people.
Got a little sleep that night at a hotel nearby and then when back to the dealership first thing in the morning to check out options. Sales team was ready to help out and had prepped a couple of great vehicle options for us to test out. Just about to go for a test drive and then the Service manager comes out and pulls us all into the shop. He explained that they tore things down after we left on Friday and found the frame and major components to be intact. He also had a Tech there whose wife worked at a Toyota dealership in Phoenix. She was able to find the parts we needed to get the van back road worthy, and HE personally went and secured the needed parts for us. THEN he showed up early Saturday morning to start the repair! It was well underway by the time we showed up. Truly a great Blessing!
About an hour later they were done and had made the van road worthy. Pulled the damaged fender out for clearance, checked to make sure all was sturdy with drivetrain and suspension and then finished the pit stop. The Brian Jones team saved the day and we were back on the road before noon. Didn’t even lose a full day after being run over by a big rig!!! God is Good!
Without Brian’s help and his team’s exceptional service I’m guessing we would have been stuck until Monday at least, and then probably would have waited on parts for another day or two. Thank you, Lord for all the Blessings you shared, and THANK YOU BRIAN JONES for building a quality organization with quality people and the utmost of integrity and hospitality! ...
   Read more1/13/2023 ( 0 stars) Jones Ford Wickenburg AZ On Saturday 1/7/2023 there was a gas odorin my car. I Was told to bring my car on Monday morning to be examined. I waited, in the lounge about 4 hours, did not hear anything, I decided to go home and wait. Closed at 5:00 no contact! Tuesday around noonish I made multiple calls. Finally got a call back from Zerek saying they could not find the issue to come get the car. While there I made an appointment for Thursday to have motor mounts and a fuel sensor replaced. 1/11/2023 Wednesday afternoon took my car in so they would have it first thing Thursday morning. 1/12/2023 Thursday, no call back or message from anyoneall day. Friday did not hear anything until late afternoon when Anthony the mechanic called and said the wrong part was ordered, it would not be ready until Monday! This tells me even though I had an appointment on Thursday they did not even look at my car until Friday afternoon to find that it was the incorrect parts! Advise them that they needed to give me a rental car for the weekend, which they did. Monday rolls around, hear nothing! Ran errands in town and stopped by to speak with the service manager, Dan to explain what was happening.. Waited over an hour to speak with Dan! He walks up and says the parts are not here yet, did someone call, tell you your car was ready? No, no one ever calls me from here. Who are you? Advised Dan they had my car 4 out of 5 days last week, nothing was done. Again Dan tells me my car is not going to be ready, they still did not have the parts! (Were the parts even ordered in the first place?) I requested he bring my car around I was leaving and will be going elsewhere. I had been speaking with a salesman friend through this whole situation, he suggested that I talk with the owner so he is aware of what was happening. Was to be contacted to have an appointment set up to speak with the owner. It has now been 5 days and I have not heard from anyone. This is really a sad way to do business! It is unacceptable customer service! I will not be patronizing this establishment in the future.

Without apt went to Jones Ford to ask about a noise I was hearing. Dan, service manager immediately came to investigate even though he was on his way out for the day. Diagnosed 2 issues, suggested I return for further testing. He did not have to stay the extra 10 minutes but a great customer service agent goes the extra mile. Thank you Dan
1/6/2023 A friend was broken down on a Friday late afternoon, 1 1/2 hours away. In search of the parts needed I went to 2 auto parts, one had a couple of parts I needed. I then went to Jones Ford, they did not have any!!! Jay was helping me and offered to check other auto parts stores. He found what I needed in about 5 minutes at a local store. This was fantastic as it was just before closing and it was getting dark. Being it was Friday the part would not be available until Tuesday (holiday weekend too). Chris, our Sales Rep, is kind, and genuine and not to mention very knowledgeable, he went above and beyond making sure the whole process was smooth! Chris was very thorough on all details with regard to the Truck we purchased and not for one minute did I feel like "Just Another Customer/Sale" He Is Genuine!
Tim in Finance, this is where all confirmation that we were in the "RIGHT" place to purchase our Truck, was Confirmed. We walked in with financing already intact. However, when I gave Tim my debit card to pay our down-payment, he saw we banked at MACU and asked why we were not going through them, since we could get a much better interest rate. So, instead of him focusing on "closing a sale", He focused on US and put our best interest First. He held the Truck, paused on the contract with our current financer and suggested I apply with our Credit Union. The next morning, he had us Approved with our Credit Union, at a much lower interest rate, and saved us a ton of money in finance charges. Not only that, this blessing continues....this lead our Credit Union to suggest I refinance my Camaro with them too...my interest rate went from 9% down to 2.99% again saving us thousands in finance charges and I even, now have a FULL Warranty on my Camaro too and still I'm saving thousands, paying the car off quicker and have a much lower monthly payment!
We will NOT buy our vehicles from anywhere else in Arizona other than Jones Ford, Yes they are In Wickenburg, but WELL WORTH the drive! We cannot recommend them enough! Excellent Dealership! You will NOT regret choosing Jones Ford In Wickenburg, NOT One Bit!
NOW FAST FORWARD TO several years later when repairs were needed on the truck....Day after Thanksgiving the Transmission completely went out. After calling several mechanics, I finally called the Jones' service department, BEST decision! Carlos is an ABSOLUTE GEM!!!!!! He went way over the expected customer service assistance for us, he MADE sure the extra warranty we purchased covered a Brand-New Transmission! There were several trials along the way of the repairs, but Carlos stayed with it and made sure all repairs were covered and fixed! Even additional repairs he made sure were done, air conditioning, etc. In all my years of purchasing vehicles, I have NEVER experienced this level of FULL SERVICE! It didn't END after the sale! I have never found that at any other dealership! Jones Ford Is a Jewel In The Desert of AZ! Thank you again to all of you!!!!
