First off I have been a customer of this Burger King since they opened over 20 years ago. I ordered a standard breakfast sandwich and a drink. No one in front of me in line. Pulled to the window, she took my money and gave me my drink. I then waited, and waited, and waited... Cars filled in behind me. I was at the window nearly 15 minutes before I knocked on the window.
The server opened the window and yelled "Your egg is being cooked!" and slammed the window shut before I could say a single word.
I knocked on the window again with no response. Knocked for a third time and again she started talking before she ever gave me a chance to say anything. I finally interrupted her and told her I wanted my money back because I could not wait any longer. She gave me my money back and I left.
I called the store and asked for the manager. She started by asking what the problem was and I told her what I wrote above. Then she said "I don't know what you want me to do. If you don't like it, don't come here." I then said "You are not the manager, you are the same person who served me". She then said "Well you don't have to come back here".
I will continue to go back. As I said, I have been a customer since the location opened. I was among the first in line to come back after the location was torn down and rebuilt just a year or so ago.

Read moreI went through the drive-thru at this location, and I ordered 3 Whoppers. I requested 2 Whoppers made the regular way, and the 3rd Whopper was to have no onions and no lettuce. I was clear on how I wanted the 3rd Whopper made and it was repeated back to me correctly. But, when I got to the window to pay, I was asked if I requested no tomato and no lettuce, which at first I said yes, but 2 seconds later said no wait I think that was wrong, I wanted no lettuce and no onion. So, the guy corrected it, but when I got my food, I stopped after leaving the drive-thru, bc I had a feeling that it would be incorrect and it was, it had no lettuce and no tomato. So, I went back through the drive-thru and they gave me a new Whopper made correctly. My biggest issue with this location, was not the fact that they made my order incorrectly, but that when I handed them the incorrect Whopper, which I had to open and touch the bun to see if it was correct, they placed the Whopper back on the metal slider shelf! Now, I don't know if they were saving it to eat themselves or if they intended to give it to another costumer, but with the current state of things with Covid, I was truly shocked that they would keep the burger and place it back where other customers are receiving their burgers. Read moreWe ordered 2 for 5 croissan wich. It should have bacon, cheese, sausage and egg We ordered inside. Got to our vehicle and we had a croissant, egg and bacon and one with sausage egg and cheese. Went back inside to exchange.. The cashier was pleasant but the manager or whom ever was trying to help was rude. I was trying to explain what we had ordered and she kept interrupting me telling me what the sandwich I was returning was. I asked if I could please finish what I am trying to say. I asked can I just get the ones I ordered- she said now can I talk, And started telling me again what the sandwich I was returning was. So I asked for a refund. By now I'm pretty upset and she did not care what I was asking for. So she asked for receipt to get a refund. I told her I threw it out she said I need it I said it's in your trash right over by sodas she said she can't refund without receipt- they were not so busy that she would nor have seen I just ordered , there was one other couple behind us that's all ! They knew I was just in there to order. She stated again in order to get a refund I neen a receipt. I asked- so I have to go into the trash to get a refund she said yes, you need the receipt! I went to the trash it wa right on top. I just had thrown it away .I washed my hands and told her she was rude! That's horrible that a company would make me get in the trash for my money bac..
