Customer service is not dead at Big O in Wickenburg!! I called to see if I could get new tires on my truck and Bryan got right on it, said they had a set of their Big O brand in the right size. Two hours later I arrived at thier facility and they got "the Queen Mary" right in, and done in a very timely manner. Boy, those are good looking tires! They ride and drive great, they've got a great mud and snow tread that can get my thru this crazy desert outback (if needed), and they were reasonably priced (for these times). Folks were nice and helpful, but not overbearing. So far I am very happy with the whole experience and love how the tires felt while driving home with 10 bales of hay ( the bales out here are not small) and a cab full of food, feed, and supplies. I could tell a difference right away but after 75 miles, I knew I made the right choice to take Bryan's advice and get those tires. They have a 3 year warranty that covers the tires if they fail. Out here tires need to be replaced at 5 years or if they are showing weather damage on the sidewall, even if the tread looks good, so I know tires will need to be replaced to be safe in my travels. I been in business most of my life and had my own repair shops and tires shops I m retired now but from my experience in my life time Big O has the worst customer service, over price Store I ever been to , I learned when in a business like a tire store you need to learn to always have a person that can do quick repairs like repairing a nail in a tire , this Store has bad management, the worse customer service and there pricing is a big rio off for being in a small town , they take advantage of people passing thru , this store needs to replace a manager that has better customer service practice and who's not money hungry , so to the locals watch your wallet. And travelers who just need a nail in a tire fix a 20 min job if that be prepared to get a 100 hotel room for a 15.00 fix, and to the owner you need to sit with your poor customer serve manager and teach him how to try to understand some people's situations and try to learn to work things in to help others get back on the road and stop taking advantage of there situation, hire a manager with a heart and customer service skills if you don't believe me send in a undercover friend and see how he...

Even 0 stars is too much for this place. The manager was so rude, unprofessional, with inappropriate behavior. I traveled from Vegas to Phoenix with my vehicle and in the middle of the way I got a flat tire. The new BMWs don’t have spare tire you have to drive with max speed of 50mil/h with run flat tire. It took me 2h with a bug risk to finally arrive to the nearest tire shop what was this location. First I waited almost an hour (there was 0 customers 6 employees) and on the end an mature guy (I believe was the manager of that place) to tell me that they can’t fix the hole and they don’t have that size of tire. So; in middle of nowhere they don’t want to help me, give me back the car with hole on my tire. I asked if I can borrow a tool to somehow fixed by myself to can make it to Phoenix, the same “very ride” guy told me that they don’t have any tools. “A tire repair shop don’t have tools.” Only I know how I made it that day, the tire was fixed in less then 5min in other shop in Phoenix.
