Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wickenburg

Scheduled an online order for pick up @615 for 7:30 on Wednesday night. I got there at 7:35 to pick it up, went inside and heard a voice say I'll be with you in a min. I sat there for 10 min before she came out of the back. She asked my if I was ordering now or picking up I told her pick up. She asked my name looked in the computer handed out an order and went in the back . 15 minutes later she came to the front to hand out another order. I heard her talking to door dash driver about not having large pizzas. I ordered a large so I asked her if my order was ready or if she had started it yet. She told me she hadn't even started it so I told her to cancel it. The fact that I waited almost 30 min to only find out that my order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 wasn't even stared! My frustration got worse thinking she should have just told me when she asked my name the first time I talked to her. I should not have had to wait to find out that my order wasn't ready and the fact they were out of large pizza. I just wonder how long I would I have had to wait until she would have told me, If I wouldn't have interrupted her talking to the door...

This Pizza Hut sucks! 2 times ago I ordered a pepperoni pizza to be delivered and got an olive pizza delivered (not to mention they charge a 5 dollar convience fee and expect you to tip your driver). Thinking the mistake was due to delivery I recently ordered pizza again from the same Pizza Hut and this was my expierience last time: I created my order online something crust pep and mush pizza and one hand tossed just pep and cheese pizza... I got there and was told they messed it up and were redoing my pizzas. Only to have 10, or so, people come and go. My pizza was handed to me both pep and mushroom with some onions here and there (and only a few pepperoni and mushrooms thrown in the center of the pizza)and both pan. It was honestly the worst pizza I'd ever had.

This is not mentioning that the door was broke and was so heavy it was slamming on people; it literally knocked an elderally woman to the ground. The place is so small that once three to four customers get in the building it gets uncomfortable so,imagine it busy on a Friday (most people are all loitering outside because their is nowhere...

I live outside the delivery area in handicap so I drive to the restaurant for pickup I was told they no longer will bring out my order to my vehicle even though I parked four feet from the front door I'm on crutches so it's hard for me to carry the order out I've dropped the pizza before so I thought no harm and then bringing handing the order to me through the passenger window. A short redheaded girl came out and said she can't do this anymore some district manager won't let her and just gave me a hard time when I've had other people do it nothing has been said. So let me get this straight someone can waste your time and have you deliver a pizza across town. But you can't walk 4 ft exactly out the front door and hand it to me through the car window because I am on crutches and handicapped you can't carry the whole order. And then give me 5 minutes of hard time about it. Sounds like the Pizza Hut in wickenburg does not want to help handicapped people with their orders and be rude about it.
