I'm an avid hotel-er with at least 6 days each month. I would likely rate this hotel between a range of 3-5. Wyndham brand is inconsistent in their expectations of quality cleaning and representation . I stayed here during November 2020. Williams was pretty much a ghost-town but it also was a Tuesday. When you walk into the lobby, you are greeted with warmth, a smile and pizazz. Check-in was less than 5 minutes and the lobby was clean and comforting. Complimentary coffee & flavored cream are available to guests. As well as hot chocolate and a variety of tea choices. Christmas decorations keep the spirit alive during these unique circumstances. I stayed in a 2 queen suite with a refrigerator and microwave. Room rating: 3 ๐ŸŒŸ Room cleanliness to details: 3 ๐ŸŒŸ Comfort beds (4 ๐ŸŒŸ), cleanliness of bathroom (3 ๐ŸŒŸ), heating/cooling (5 ๐ŸŒŸ), lounge chairs (0)- I think the chairs were picked up from the curb with a "free stuff sign"-embarrassing for a hotel, Overall location: 5 ๐ŸŒŸ (if staying in Williams, 60 miles to Grand Canyon and less than a mile from the highway) Pool/jacuzzi (4 ๐ŸŒŸ) pool is indoor but not well heated Presentation of hotel: (4 ๐ŸŒŸ) Price value: You don't lose sleep. Would I stay here again? Ummm, I would likely try another hotel in Williams before committing here.

This place is totally rundown. There is no elevator, you have to haul your luggage up the stairs. The entrance door is narrow, with no handicap option to keep it open while you try to get your suitcase through it . Our room had a worn out carpet and a broken tile in the bathroom, a scratched door et with mud on it, a scratched bed head, a mattress that didn't fit the base so that there were large pieces of metal sticking out, making it a hazard while getting in and out of bed. Our window had no sheer. They're used to be one, as there was the railing for it on the ceiling. The bath towels were threadbare and with threads hanging. We managed to get these changed for the second night. Breakfast had no fruit at all the first morning, and the food was stale and dry. The only palatable item was packages of instant oatmeal . We paid over $150 per night for that place, which seems crazy for what feels like a one-star motel. I contacted Orbitz and the called the receptionist, who was very nice, but there's little they could do. At least both staff members we talked to were very kind

Decent hotel close by the Grand Canyon, superb breakfast thanks to Lisa and Debbie who both take care of the breakfast area to stack the vast variety of food and immediately cleans the tables. The free breakfast has, cream cheese, many kinds of bread, many kind of juices, spreads, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, fruits and so many other food. The rooms are serviced daily with new towels. There was no elevator so had to carry the luggage upstairs. The wifi is non existence on the second floor inside the rooms, yu have to step out from the room to get any reception. There is a heated swimming pool next to the breakfast are which is a plus. The rooms are clean and have a fridge and secure lock but does not have a microwave. The rooms are definitely over priced for the condition, we paid over one hundred for the room but it was OK for two nights touch and go, the hotel is located only 1 mile off the highway which is super good. Thank you hotel management for everything but please work on the wifi reception at the second floor rooms.

I reserved the king suite at this hotel over 2 months prior to our planned stay. This was going to be one stop along our road trip home after getting married the week before. We arrived shortly after midnight and waited for awhile to check in since there was another man in line ahead of us and it seemed like there were issues with getting a room for him. Finally it was our turn and it appeared our check in was going smoother than the previous man. I signed the papers and we were handed our room keys. The employee helping us pulled out a room map to show us where to go and then stopped in his tracks. Got very nervous sounding and suddenly disappeared saying he had to go make a quick phone call. He then raced upstairs and back down (probably to check if our room was occupied or not). He then said he told us the wrong room before and made us new keys for the room next door. I then proceeded to ask if this new room was still the king suite I reserved. His eyes got wide and he began pouring apologies out of his mouth saying our room had been accidentally given away to someone else and we were getting downgraded to a regular room. I then had to suggest to him that I should get money back since a regular room is cheaper than the suite I had reserved (and already paid for). He was extremely flustered and continually blamed the error on a faulty computer. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps the computer was indeed acting up. He informed us that his boss would be in first thing the next morning and we could speak with her. We went to our room disappointed as we had been looking forward to the king suite for quite some time. Then we discovered the WiFi was pretty lousy and continually was cutting in and out (this is well after 1 AM now since checkin ended up taking a long time, but I doubt there were a lot of other guests on the WiFi at the same time). To top it all off, in the morning, there was absolutely NO HOT WATER. We couldnโ€™t have left that place fast enough. Terrible experience from start to finish. The saving grace was we did eventually get our money back, but honestly I wish I had booked a...

Gorgeous area, great location. The hotel room I had #106 was awesome! First floor, 2 Queen beds that were super soft and comfy! Huge TV with tons of cable channels. Microwave and coffee maker worked well. Room also has safe and mini fridge. Bathroom with nice toiletries and large walk-in shower that works very well! Room also has easy to control air conditioner that works well. Nice sized desk and comfortable rolling chair. The hotel has a pool and Jacuzzi that were awesome! I was in a lot of pain upon arrival due to chronic issues exacerbated by packing my car all day for a cross country move and driving for over 8 hours straight. The heat from the Jacuzzi helped with easing the pain and being able to swim was good for stretching out sore muscles.

The included breakfast was great! Eggs, waffles, fruit, drinks, yogurt, and more! They also have a small area for items to buy near the front lobby. Ice machine was good and in great location. Everything close together in the front, much appreciated!

Staff that I met in person were all wonderful!!! Only one lady was very curt over the phone due to a miscommunication about my stay. The gentleman that had checked me in at 4:30 am said he was new and not sure how to process a reduced price for an early check in and maybe forgot to explain to the morning staff that I was not checking out in a few hours but the next morning. He was super nice to me though and efficient with getting me checked in to a room.

Even with having to pay full price for 2 nights when I was actually only there for one, I still give them 5 stars! LoL That's how nice it was! The hotel, pool, Jacuzzi, breakfast all were wonderful and again everyone I actually saw in person were...

I reserved the room for Labor Day weekend. Been working a ton and was looking forward to a relaxing weekend however our hotel experience was very disappointing. I did the online check-in so we wouldn't have to when we got there because it was going to be late, however I still had to do all that at the hotel. Was not given directions to our room, just told it's at the other end of the building. When we got to our room which we reserved a king, we realized we had a stand alone shower. This is not the description given online it states this room is a shower/ tub combination which is why I wanted it so I could wind down and relax. Was told there were no rooms available with a tub even after we offered to downgrade for the same price or upgrade for more money. We were given the option to upgrade not even 2 hours before when I checked in so why couldn't I now. Told we could go the next morning to switch rooms but that means we have to change our whole itenerary for the day, pack everything up and wait to check into the new room after 3. When we couldn't come to a solution the front desk said our only option was to email the GM because she couldn't do a thing to help. Still have not heard from the GM and have not been able to switch rooms. We also found trash in our room which makes me wonder how clean the rooms really are. I don't recommend staying here, it feels like I'm paying a hefty amount of money to stay...
