Hotel looked like it was in a bad neighborhood. In the parking lot, there were weird people who looked like they were homeless. There was an old shoe right outside my hotel room. When I went inside the room it looked really ugly and uninviting the bathroom door was not wide enough for my husband to fit his walker in there. The inside of the front door frame was busted up like someone had broken into the room and I did not feel safe there. I was only there 10 minutes and demanded a refund and the front desk man said I had to call customer service through Zen Hotels and have them talk to the manager. Then Zen Hotels said I had to speak to the manager at the Hotel to get my refund and he would not give me full refund because he said I did not request a handicapped bathroom, and I can only cancel 24 hours ahead of time. I never been to a hotel that had a really small doorway into the bathroom so I never ran into that problem and didn't know I had to request a handicapped room and the room looked nothing like the pictures online, the room was a complete dump and I felt very unsafe. very dirty horrible customer service from the owner/manager he took my money and would not give me a refund even though I did not even stay there his excuse for not giving me a refund was because I did not ask for a handicapped room ahead of time. How would I ask for handicapped room when I never ran into that problem before in the past? Even if my husbands walker could fit in the bathroom I still wanted to cancel because I did not feel safe there but he was greedy and still...

I reserved through Booking.com. Coffee maker and coffee in the room. A coffee/cappuccino/expresso/hot cocoa machine in the office. The free breakfast is food bars and juice. Honestly I slept in until 10:30 and just got coffee. Single level establishment so you can park right in front of your room. Refrigerator and microwave, nice hot water that isn't lacking in the AM, (like some larger places) lots of towels (unlike many budget motels) ample soap, shampoo, AND conditioner. (I have long thick hair and I am thankful for extra shampoo AND conditioner in the room without having to ask for it.) Lets see... oh ya, blowdryer, lots of outlets to charge stuff, Cable tv, closet an iron, suitcase rack and hangers. Our room was clean and well decorated with a desk as well as regular furniture. Pet friendly... not just tiny animal friendly (only $15 extra!) We have a 140 lb very intimidating (to most)Cane Corso. He is well trained and socialized daily but a lot of places won't let large dogs stay. That being said, don't all y'all start taking your ill mannered animals there and mess that up. Those of us who have large/giant breed dogs are super thankful. || This little hotel is very inexpensive (most inexpensive I could find on the way to the Grand Canyon from Flagstaff on a Friday night at 9pm)but this little family owned stayplace has all things the more expensive hotels have with the convenience of a single level motel. I will stay again and...

*TOTAL SCAM* this property is using pictures of a different property to advertise. Stay far, far away from this place! I tried two different rooms here and both looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Splatters of God knows what all over the walls and furniture, dust everywhere, dirt and crust on the sink, dirt, makeup, and hair on the sheets and pillows, the bedding smelled like cigarettes, the shower curtain that was supposed to white was brown with mildew, the microwave was filthy and smelled, and there were missing lightbulbs and ones that didn't work. On top of all that, the wifi does not work at all, so I could not work here. I requested a refund, but the manager just wanted to move me to another room. I told her no and she agreed to the refund but tried to charge me for 2 nights instead of the 1 I stayed. She claimed that I checked out at 11:30am, even though I was at the front desk at 11am, and she wasn't on the onsite until 10:50am. I told her I already submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and she refused the refund, cussed me out, and kicked me off the property. These people are greedy, insufferable con-artists and should be put out of business. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, Coconino County Health and Human Services, Coconino County Code Enforcement, and Wyndham Corporate.

The room is very well organized, clean and fragrant, the people who work here are very polite, I highly recommend it.

We first got there and were impressed with the view outside because it was next to the edge of Williams next to the cemetery. I didn't book online, so it was 280 for 2 night stay when my sister got the motel for a good price around 230 for 2 rooms and 2 nights stay. When walking in the back rooms, it looked run down. When walking in the hallway, the floor seemed like it was about to collapse. The carpet had stains, and the walls looked worked on. One light on the hallways was missing. The room 202, where I stayed, had insects in the bed. Stained sheets, the shower was not properly installed, and water was hitting the ceiling. The whole night, the place was crackling, and my wife could not sleep. We asked the people in the lobby if we could switch rooms and was told if we used the room and would have to wait till tomorrow, so we asked for new sheets, which one was still stained. So we did end up getting a new room. I would recommend booking online for a cheaper price for a stay here or just book somewhere else for a better stay. Also, the breakfast was not that good. The orange juice was disgusting, same as the apple juice. The natural valley was good. Coffee was good, my wife said. Would be good if they had more options for breakfast like cereal or bagles.
