The word Quality no longer has the same meaning as it did a week ago. As a person who has to work on the road and stay at hotels I sometimes run into a problem or two. Those problems are usually fixed or at least noted by the employees of places. However, this Quality inn is just one giant PROBLEM! I had no choice but to book at this place for the week because where im working was located in this town and this place was the only place with vacancy because the week is the 4th of July. Walking into my room on a 95 degree day for the first time was awesome. The room was a nice temperature of a 100 degrees. So I instantly turn on my air conditioner. My air conditioner was so loud and vibrated the entire neighborhood. I bring this to the attention of front desk ..... its completely booked so I deal with it. Thinking this problem would be fixed by the next day ehen I get off work at 730 pm I go to my room no worries..... except my air conditioner was louder and more crazy then ever..... I for the 2nd day in a row tell front desk... they tell me they will let maintenence know.... why they didn't already idk... that night I couldn't sleep. So I had a fan and the plug stopped working halfway through the night.
By now I have worked 3 hot days and not slept well bc of how much Quality the quality inn puts in there hotel. I stay a third night, no fan. Can't turn air on bc its loud. Front desk don't care. I only had one towel and my room hasn't been touched by house keeping bc I guess thats Quality work. On the fourth day I get off work, my toilet stopped working.... and I told front desk, I also mentioned my air again. I ended up fixing my toilet myself since as a customer your supposed to do your own maintenance.
Its about 945 at night when I get a knock on my door (Quality timing). The maintenance guy says im here about air conditioner.... Perfect almost 10 at night on Day 4. He turns on the loud, vibrating air conditioner for one whole minute and says you can change rooms" Wow! I can change rooms now. Awesome Quality. He says to get my things and come to front desk. (Im on 2 floor, no elevator) I take my things to front desk to find out my new room is right across the hall.... cool.
Its late I have to work early, im tired of the hotel by now. I just go to the room and lay down and turn on the Quality TV. Guess what...... the tv doesnt work.
The next day I get off work again and just go straight to room. And 1 hr later another man comes in my room.... They gave my room to someone else now. So basically they booked a room for a person where I was already booked. If they were to give that person my room it means they didn't even bother to look at it to know its has my stuff. They were giving this man a dirty room.
Finally I decided to just leave. The word Quality now means trash to me
I booked this room on the choice app with a business account that put the room at 67$ a night. I found out I was charged 131$ a night. Thankyou Quality inn, for all the Quality work you do in your community. So...
Read moreMy wife and I stayed at this run down out dated smelly hotel for two nights Sept 21st and 22nd in room 111. It took a long time to check in because the guy behind the counter (desk) seemed new at what he was doing. When we got to the room we found the bathroom to have an 18" circle of mold in the ceiling above the toilet. The plastic trim around the bathroom mirror was bowed out about 6" from the mirror or wall. The sink stopper did not work or was missing so you could not fill the sink with water. Where the glue had let loose on the wallpaper, they stapled it back down. The curtains were badly ripped and there was a hole in the side of the bathtub where a handle or something may have been attached at one time. The hole faced the shower head so when taking a shower, the water would spray into the hole and went somewhere? When they picked up our used towels and washcloths on Saturday, they never replaced them with clean ones. I went to the front desk later that afternoon and told them we had no towels or washcloths of any kind and the guy at the desk said they were short one housekeeper that day but they would deliver clean ones before the end of the day. When we went back to the room that night we still had no towels of any kind and once again I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, etc. The guy at the front desk went to the linen room and produced a couple of towels and washcloths so we could get cleaned up. I was a salesman on the road and stayed at many hotels over my 34 years of traveling but have never run into anything like this in my life and trust me, I am not a young person. We checked out on Sunday morning the 22nd and headed home and after about an hour on the road, someone called us to inform us that my wife had left a wig in the room which was in a box on the desk. My wife asked if they could mail it to us and they said she would have to call the manager on Weds the 25th which she did. From there it has been a run around like you would not believe. They said they were going to send it out but we may have to pay the postage which was not a problem, but that didn't happen. After several calls they said they mailed it but did not have a tracking number. Whomever my wife talked to each time, she got a different answer. My guess is that they read the review I gave them and decided just to trash it. The wig was $125 new but so much for that as I am sure they do not care. The only thing I can say about this joint was the breakfast was OK. I don't normally write review's but if anyone would like to see some pictures, send me your email address and I will send you pictures! I contacted their Corporate Office and sent pictures to report this sad excuse for a hotel but never received a response of any kind. Read moreBecause the hotel has the Quality Inn Logo But it is certianly not have an Quality of Quality Inn And Suites when we entered are room I looked at the sheets and someone had poured coffee all over the matress Protector and they just made the bed over top of that what a lazy maid or shall I say Housekeeping staff in general The furniture in the room was rickety and ready for the dumpster The bed in general was like sleeping on a sheet of steele I was extremely dissapointed in this quality Inn defenitly not like the other quality inns I have stayed at And the second shift desk clerk was a rude smartalec said i want to see the sheets like im going to lie about like that defenitly not after driving all day I would have left but i had already paid to stay online so i knew it would be a fight with that rude desk to get a refund also I would like to let you know they have a large sugn hanging at the front desk you will be charged 5 dollars per room key if you dont return them at checkout Ive never heard of such nonsense they mangement at this facility is extremely cheap and greedy they dont even off a hot breakfast as stated on there website no eggs or any kind of breakfast meat the only hot food offered was waffels and they have a generic off brand of yougurt so basically all they offer for breakfast is a complete sugar overload which is ridcoulous after paying over a hundred dollars a night and there are several guest staying there that have huge dogs there you can't even walk down the hallway without hearing a bunch of dogs barking it looked like one dog was so agressive it had a huge muzzle on it it owner could barley handle it So ther is no way I would ever reccomend this Quality INN for anyone I know to stay there Its a complete RipOff and also the pool was closed and thats not listed anywhere before checkin .also the bath towels they put in rooms for guest to use I would cut up for rags there so worn out and thin you can see right through them you certianly cant get dry on those towels and they dont put enough towels and washclothes in the rooms they sure want top dollar but sure dont want to Honor the Quality Inn Name or Logo for sure Infact if they are using your logo I would dump them and certianly not let them use it anymore because this is certianly not up to par for Quality There only going to give the company a bad reputation Theres walls in the room that arent evev completley painted i have pictures for proof If i had my way about this I would like a...
