Hotel Milano — Hotel in Punta Del Este

Location: Excellent. Right in the Center. Very easy to move around and a lot of restaurant in 10-15 minutes walking distance radius. 2 different famous beaches are near. Bus terminal is 5-8 minutes walk.||Room: We stayed in the room number 15. It was a medium size room, with everything we needed: Space for the luggage, warm shower, enough towels, soap, tv, private terrace, dark blinds (this is really good if you have a problem with the light when sleeping). From the window you can see a little bit of the sea and the hotel’s swimming pool.|There was no any noise during the night, but in the morning you can hear housekeepers talking.||Breakfast: I would say that it has a lot of sweet things (yogurt is also sweet), so if you don’t want sweet - you have a choice to eat fruits like watermelon, melon or bananas or scrambled eggs. They don’t offer fried or boiled eggs (my recommendation to the hotel is to give an option of fried eggs as it doesn’t cost much and some people can’t eat scrambled eggs). Drinks - you have option of coffee, few types of tea, orange juice (not natural).||Price: Not bad for the location. ||Service: All good. Only one younger girl that works on reception doesn’t really greet customers. We would tell “good morning/evening” but she would not respond. Guys which work in the hotel were nice...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Really nice people on the front desk, they spoke good English. Great location, walking distance to a lot of places to eat and close to the beach. Breakfast not great only if you like a lot of carbs in the morning the pastries aren't that great. They do have a choice of cereals and have a bit of fruit but not much. Good coffee, abit bitter but I found that in a lot of places in Uruguay. Room very clean, bathroom has abit of a funny smell and shower is very small but you get by with it. Water is nice and hot. Had a balcony but that wasn't a reason why I booked it, the rooms with no balcony is very small and we had a lot of luggage so needed a bigger room. Really comfortable bed, nice and soft. Pre book as we paid £40 a night and if you go in the hotel and want to book there it was about 140 US dollars per night. Very big difference. Pool was nice and places to sit and relax. Hospedei-me em janeiro de 2019 e adorei. O hotel é simples, mas suficiente. Os atendentes são simpáticos e solícitos, o café da manhã é bem gostoso apesar de simples, possuindo frutas frescas, salada de frutas, suco natural, água, iogurtes, doce de leite e geleias, pães salgados, pães doces, frios, ovos cozidos. O hotel não possui elevador e admite a presença de animais de estimação. Os corredores são cheirosos e sempre limpinhos. O quarto estava também sempre cheirosinho, as roupas de cama com cheiro de amaciante. O banheiro é muuuito pequeno, o boxe não tem nem porta, o que acabava molhando o chão consideravelmente se não tomassemos cuidado, e a temperatura do chuveiro oscilava bastante durante o banho, ficando algumas horas mais frio e outras muito quente sem que ninguém mexesse na torneira. A piscina é pequena, mas é bem gostosa. A TV não era smart. A cama e os travesseiros não eram super confortáveis: quando meu marido se mexia, o colchão chacoalhava, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia. Era possível pedir refeições e comer no quarto. Quando trouxe o que sobrou do restaurante do almoço (os pratos em Punta vêm muuuito cheios de comida), também esquentaram as refeições quando quis comer dentro do hotel no jantar . Possuem cadeiras de praia e guarda sóis em boas condições que emprestam aos hóspedes durante a estadia. O Wifi é bom e não ficamos na mão nenhuma vez. A localização é super boa, perto da avenida principal, lojas, restaurantes e da praia, e ao mesmo tempo, relativamente longe da muvuca da noite para poder dormir tranquilo. Adoramos os 4 dias em que estivemos lá . A única queixa com relação ao atendimento foi que levaram meu biquíni favorito no meio das toalhas na hora de arrumarem o quarto, e me devolveram faltando um acessório dourado, que admitiram ter perdido com esse engano. Fiquei chateada porque mei biquini foi caro e não dá pra usar sem o acessório; e levar roupa que estava em cima da mesinha no meio das toalhas que foram tiradas do banheiro foi um descuido por parte do hotel. Entretanto, isso não estragou nossa estadia. Os atendentes admitiram o erro, pediram desculpas e procuraram o acessório que a camareira perdeu, mas não obtiveram sucesso. Eu me...
