Virazón Puerto — Restaurant in Punta Del Este

Somos tolerantes, aunque no sea todo perfecto estamos contentos, pero hoy fue lamentable la experiencia, acentuada con la actitud soberbia y desubicada del mozo.

No tenia el mejor de los humeres al principio pero bien. Nos trajeron 2 licuados de fruta (uno tenia que ser con agua y en vez de naranja pero no hicimos problema) que estaban fermentados, estaban de verdad imposibles de tomar.

Eso lo cambió un poco de mala gana. La limonada, como comentó otra persona por acá en las reviews: De lo peor que intente tomar alguna vez, claramente tienen algun problema en la heladera o dejan mucho tiempo las bebidas y/o frutas ahi. El mozo primero negó que estuviera fea, y le tuve que insistir para que la cambie. Tengo que mencionar que yo puedo tomar limonada con 1% de limon, o 60% de limon y va a estar ok, puede ser sin azucar, con azucar, lo que sea, pero ese limon estaba viejo. Intomable.

Nos trajeron los langostinos, como se ve en la foto estaban muy, muy crudos. Como ya estabamos cambiando las bebidas decidimos no hacer problema y pedir que lo envuelvan para llevar y despues cocinarlos en casa. O sea, pedimos para llevar 3 y medio de los 7 langostinos, o sea la mitad del plato.

Despues trajeron un salmon que estaba muy bueno, con unas papas "fritas" que estaban bastante malas, hervidas, pero comibles.

Cuando nos cobraron le doy la tarjeta, me pregunta si quiero agregar el servicio, le digo que no: "2 USD por cubierto ya es mucho" le dije. Cuando termina de pasar la tarjeta literalmente me la revolio devuelta hacia a mi.

Fuimos 3 los que estabamos en la mesa, yo suelo ser medio quejoso la verdad, pero las otras dos personas son muy tranquilas y tambien notaron como el mozo me revolio la tarjeta, un desubicado.

Cuando nos levantamos le pedimos los langostinos al susodicho, nos dijo (con su mal humor) "tendrian que haberlo pedido para llevar". Le dijimos que sí habiamos pedido para llevar. Lo mas triste (aparte de tirar la mitad de un plato de comida cuando te acaban de decir que es para llevar) es que con un poco de actitud del mozo hubiera sido mas aceptable, de ultima nos puede decir "uh les entendi mal", "uh no me di cuenta y los tiramos", pero el tipo nos negaba que le habiamos pedido asi que bueno.

I went here a few months ago, quite pretentious place where the waitress denied me butter for the dry basket of bread and crackers because she asked the chef and they say that basket you eat it with what they served you which was an attempt of hummus also dry and flavorless just rancid. The food over all was just mediocre another saltless pure de papas ( table salt it is not the same, it ruins food) a regular piece of salmon and the lifeless squids you will ever see in your life, dessert was “whatever” the place is just over rated, multiple people told me it was of the best restaurants in town, which proof there is not criteria on earth, absurd prices for what you get and not pristine customer service. Sat down the waiter attended people who sat down after us , we got his attention and told him he just ignored, ordered the meal with a glass of wine he brought the wine in à water glass he almost threw it on the table I looked at him he said try it and walked away . the meal came my spause meet was under cooked after she had asked for well done , he took it back after 2 minutes it came back thé meet was the same, we tried to get his attention and just got ignored. then he came and took the dish away and never came back. She never consumed the meal. We asked for a manager he offered other dish by this time she was no longer comfortable eating there. asked for the bill payed and left .real...
