Capi Bar — Restaurant in Punta Del Este

Horrible experience. They are supposed to be a beers bar, when they bring mine it isn't cold; when I ask them to change it they bring me a bucket with 5 (five literally) cubes of ice and natural water. Obviously it wasn't useful at all. By when I've finished my food, still the beer warm, I ask for more ice. After 20 minutes, nothing. I obviously wanted to leave, asked for the bill, after ten minutes they bring it, they charged me the beer, and bring me the bucket full of ice, for the beer that was opened and warm for an hour now. It was a joke. Never going back. They shouldn't have charged for that beer that was impossible to drink. When I told them that the beer was warm, they should have changed it with a cold one. If they were going to bring a bucket with ice instead, it should have been a bucket FULL of ice (and at the first request, no after an hour).

To add more to the bad experience: the food, we ordered some fries with cheddar; the cheddar sauce was impossible to eat because of the amount of salt. The music, there was live music playing, and they left the audio system of the place turned on playing other music above the sound of the...

Great place to spend your evenings in the weekend, it is open all year round, great atmosphere, great food, very good beer selection, but they have cocktails and wine too; it's better to have a reservation, otherwise after 9.30 there might not be an empty place even at the bar.
